Established in 2005.

We’re an Outpatient Physical and Rehabilitation Therapy clinic designed to treat patients with different physical conditions, address pain and weakness, meet the needs of the patients and bring them back to their active life the soonest possible time as well as make them independent in household and community interactions. Our Outpatient Clinic is very patient friendly, having professional and courteous staff, and clean and organized facility, it gives you a feeling of being home and welcome. We give our clients and patients only the best service there is and we’re proud to be recognized by our patients as «The Best in Town». We were established in September 2005. We have a convenient and accessible location with FREE Parking. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA at the Carmencita Chuateco Building. The Founders of the Company is a Husband and Wife Team, both dedicated Medical Professionals, Brian, licensed PT and Certified Clinical Instructor and Gail, licensed BSN RN.

He has been in the profession since 1999. As a member of the American Physical Therapist Association (A.P.T.A) California Chapter he steadfastly practices his profession in accordance to the Physical Therapist code of Ethics.

Brian as most of his patients call him has wide experience and understanding in the field of Physical Rehabilitation of which he had triumphantly earned clients trust and confidence in their road to recovery and independency.

I went a total of 4 times after having surgery to repair my ACL/​meniscus in my right knee.
First off, I never got any clear direction on what I should be doing and what I shouldn’t be doing in terms of my physical therapy. I never received a list of exercises, nothing. Everything I did was based on my research.
I went fairly early in my recovery, but found that it was becoming a waste of time.
Let’s start with the space itself. They stuck a whole bunch of equipment into a small room and it doesn’t lend itself to the ease or comfort of the patient. It is often overcrowded. I went once where they didn’t even have enough chairs for their clients.
As far as the equipment, they lack in any real equipment for someone with a knee injury. How do I know this? I just started going to a new physical therapist two weeks ago and the array of different equipment geared towards my knee is amazing.
The other complaint I have is that once you are finished with the physical part of your therapy, you have to wait in order to receive muscle stimulation part of your therapy. 3 out of the 4 times, I had to wait longer than 10 minutes. There was a time I waited 30 minutes.
I am happy to no longer coming to this establishment.

This place is GOD SENT! I recently tore my ACL and had surgery done. Within 2 weeks of starting Phys therapy, when I could barely walk without limping, I was easily able to bend my knees a lot more and straighten them! The people here are super nice and very supportive! Everyone is friendly and you can tell that they genuinely want you to get better and aren’t doing this just to swindle you out of your money, which has happened to me before unfortunately. I’m so glad I walked into this place and got the treatment I needed.
Everyone here is a total expert at what they do! Definitely recommend coming here and trying it out for Physical Therapy. You won’t regret it! :D

After eight visits to this fantastic place, my back is considerably better. These people know what they’re doing, all of them professional and highly-​trained in physical therapy. Their approach to it is that it is an art, not just a skill. The owner, Brian, made me feel that I was in good, safe hands during and after my initial evaluation, and the program he designed for me was exactly what I needed. Obed is an incredible physical therapist, too, and is so nice and pleasant to be with. Everyone who works at PTRN is great. In addition to my usual routine, I had the best massage of my life yesterday with Obed! He is strong and sensitive, and his price is so reasonable. They have a big parking lot, which makes parking a breeze. The office itself could use a little freshening up, but the overall experience there is so wonderful that I just overlook it. I look forward to going to PTRN and will have my doctor prescribe more visits.

Brian is an amazing Physical Therapist. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional all at the same time. You should all check out the services this place offers. I specially like the Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, it’s a huge help with my lower back pain issues. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Great service and prices.
After multiple visits I have received a sports massage, PCD (Pneumatic Compression Device), Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and Low-​level laser therapy (LLLT). I had to look all that up. For an active person and someone recovering from an injury this place was perfect. I received great care and I had all my questions answered. The facility has clean equipment in an old building. After my compound leg fracture I was able to recover and run my first triathlon. I have been going here since and the quality of service is great.

I used PTRN care for Physical Therapy in preparation for spinal fusion surgery. The entire staff was extremely caring and helpful. I was basically there to relieve some pain and build some strength before I was broken back down by surgery. PTRN care was able to accomplish those things.

Brian is an angel! I have had to have Physical Therapy the last 5 years and have seen many. Most appointments last 45 minutes to an hour. Not really addressing how you actually feel. Brian spent 3 hours with me. I did my work outs that had to be modified, next he use this special kinesiology tape (I looked up the tape it usually cost $ 20 to buy and $ 20 for a PT to put on) Brian did it for free! He actually really cares about his patients! After I needed to be stretched and Brian took the time to show me stretches I could do at home and also stretched me. I feel better today then I have in years! Less tense. Definitely recommend! I will say. Not the best office. I’ve been to better but who cares! It’s about the work you do with your PT!

This is an awesome spot for inexpensive and immediate PAIN RELIEF. I go here myself and also I refer a lot of my clients here. It’s one of the most cost effective places to get deep tissue laser. If you don’t know what that is – it’s light laser that heals from within and creates instant pain relief. They treated my long time knee injury — and it was cured in 3 visits and never returned. Rotator cuff injury — my pain was greatly reduced in 5 visits went on to total healing with no surgery or other rehab. Massage is awesome but sometimes when you hurt a joint or ligament this will do the trick like nothing else! The owner does your first treatment and assessment but after that the tech girls will do your treatments. Total sweethearts and they throw in a little massage too. Wouldn’t say NO to that: P Spread the word — $ 35 laser is right around the corner…
