This place has pretty good drinks, but they keep changing up the food. You get a lot less food now. Cheap drinks with a variety of jello/tapioca/pudding. When they have food on sale, they get really affordable.

Really good environment and quite nice atmosphere. The food tastes really really good and very authentic. The amount is big and not expensive at all.

TOTHEMANAGER: the Asian tall kid with glasses should be fired immediately. My friends and I will not come back because of his poor service. He was working on Sunday 1⁄30 at 3:10pm. He did not clarify whether we want a hot or cold drink so he assumed a cold drink. When we said it should be hot he threw an attitude and said«everything on the menu is iced» which is false because some drinks say iced and others don’t. And yet we got hot drinks when the other girl remade it. If his attitude didn’t suck we probably would have taken the mistakened iced drink. We asked for the manager and he said you had left. The most unprofessional part was when he was talking shit in Mandarin about the situation INFRONTOFALLTHECUSTOMERS. We knew exactly what he was saying. The girl co-worker tried to calm him down. She also said sorry though it was not her fault. We also had to wait for him to finish his conversation with a friend before we could order in the beginning. This reflects badly on your business and training. We are customers and big fans of Quickly but not this one. He has no excuse for his behavior. We’ve all had teen jobs and this is unacceptable anywhere. FIREHIM!!!

Pretty clean spot. Tables and floor looked clean. Got a ginger tea with aloe. Nice and refreshing! Staff were pretty quick. They chit chatted pretty loudly but it’s a casual place so I didn’t mind. Would return.

I was here yesterday exhausted from walking around Chinatown. Typical tea house. –1 star for them to be allowing people to stay for hours working on their computer and playing cards. They should allow customers to stay for an hour or two but more than that, they should be thinking about the customers they’d lose because of no seats available. Tried curry fishball and maybe it’s not for me. Lol

My friend really recommended this place because it’s cheap and in NorCal but I was really unimpressed. It may have been my choice of drink – I got the tapioca milk tea with red bean($ 3.05). The boba was fine and good texture and the tea wasn’t half bad but the red beans were really disgusting. Super powdery and broken and they tasted like they’d been sitting out for a ridiculously long time. So gross. My friend got the mango smoothie with boba which was much better. I might come back and try something else since the drinks are really cheap and they have other toppings but I’ve been a little scared off anything but the boba. Super gross red bean :(

Am so sad, they ran off regular boba. I order 3 drinks. They gave me small boba, but it was hard and wasn’t chewy at all.

This is the best Quickly’s I’ve been to. The milk tea has consistently been good over the years and the customer service has improved greatly. Some of the older staff know me since I’ve been coming so long but the newer people were friendly from the beginning. I still come here for the gyoza and I think it’s still a good value. I’ve tried their tea with ice cream and the ice cream isn’t rich enough to add anything spectacular to the drink. I like their almond milk tea as well but since I can’t find good boba milk tea anywhere I usually just stick to that. This place can get very crowded around 3 when the kids get out so I would definitely try to avoid that line. You can wait up to 30 minutes and its not worth the wait, especially when I can come in there at a different time and be in and out in less than 3 minutes. The parking situation can definitely be improved since all the other businesses literally put cones in the empty spots so you can’t park. Normally I just park my car right in front, walk in and walk out. Nobody hassles you about parking but if you were going to come here and sit for a bit you would need to look elsewhere besides that tiny parking lot in the front. That being said this Quickly’s location is a solid 5 stars. It took a while for it to get there but I’m really happy the customer service improved. I will continue to come here for the awesome boba milk tea!

Loved both the passion fruit slush and green apple slush we got here! Prices are fair, service was great and our drinks came out quickly and made well. Prices are more than fair, i love that they have huge sizes available and such a huge selection of both hot and cold drinks as well as snacks which I passed on. Great stop in the area!

Nothing spectacular about this place. The drinks are just average. This location is only great if you want a cheap boba fix for your cravings. However, keep in mind it’s CASHONLY. I always get the bubble green tea, thai tea slush, or jasmine green milk tea. The french fries and popcorn chicken are always good snack items as well! Also, parking can be a bit difficult but never impossible. Park either on the street or in the parking lot(good luck w/that!) This location is usually always packed with middle and highschool students. To avoid this, call in ahead of time to place your order to go! Quick and easy :)

My favorite boba place in Chinatown. I always stop by when I pick up my mom from work. Try to avoid the place around 3 pm on weekdays that’s when school is out and the place is packed with students meaning, long lines and no free tables. There milk tea boba’s are amazing! My favorite boba is chocolate milk tea with mini boba! Also, don’t forget to try their spicy popcorn chicken. It’s seasoned perfectly and always given fresh and hot! They also have very good service. You should definitely try this place!

Quickly is the place to be for good and cheap boba… AND their popcorn chicken! It’s an absolute must for you to get their popcorn chicken when you order here. It’s definitely something else. You have the option to make your popcorn chicken mild, spicy or regular. Either way, it’s still the best no matter how you want it. As for boba, I always get something different when I’m here. Today I got the Avocado Smoothie with boba and it’s so perfect for a scorching day in SoCal. This place is perfect for a hot day and with a group of friends. There’s lots of seats inside, free-wi-fi, and air conditioning! I mean, what more can you ask for? I’m usually here after a long day of class, so if you’re on a budget & starving… you know where to go. This won’t be the last of me coming here!

Glad to have found a Quickly shop during my stay in LA Chinatown when we were in the mood for ice tea and coffee. Not sure if there will be a return visit anytime soon but still happy it was there for us when needed.

I liked coming here after school because it was the biggest boba shop in Chinatown that had open space and seating to come here and chill with friends. It was also considered the cheapest amongst the many other ones too! But years have passed and the other boba shops upgraded too! I always liked this place for their comfortable atmosphere of being able to sit and mingle with friends, but the drinks were mediocre. It was never amazingly good. There was never consistency in their drinks. Sometimes they were too watered down. However, I did love their great prices in their snacks, which was ALWAYS good. No disappointment in that. Their customer service, however was not that great. They’re not very nice. They just take your order and then leave and make your drink. No nice greeting or anything. Overall this place is mediocre. If you want a quick drink of boba, and is conveniently around, here is the place to go.

This place is okay. Some of the drinks are a hit and miss. Some of them you can still taste the powdery after taste like the Thai milk tea. I was quite disgusted after that. The popcorn chicken is good though. And it’s a nice place to chill. But the drinks are just not always on par.

Paid less than 10 dollars for 2 large tapioca milk teas and a peach smoothie. Not bad plus they had good service. This was my first time buying from a Quickly chain and I’ll definitely be returning here to try their other flavors. A con is the location. This street is really busy and it’s difficult to find parking space but if you are willing to wait, you can find a spot around the block.

Well you really can’t downgrade the stars with the amazing service and the greatest deals they have at this place Got here last night for some boba and snack, surprisedly one of the workers, I don’t know his name but I’m guessing he’s Mr. Big Boss since I have seen him telling the others what to do. But yeah, REALLYREALLY cool, chill, funny and friendly guy who tend to remember me and the drink I order(So this is how I know I have earned myself the«regular customer» title) 100 points for your observation, sir Yes, I know that it was just a business method of taking their customers’ money, even so, you can’t deny the fact it is very nice that someone actually noticed your existence, especially at a place like Quickly’s where hundreds of different people walk in and out everyday Just a little message for you sir if any case you come across this review, keep up the great service and as long as you still work here, I will continue to come and support

Bubble Tea + Popcorn Chicken = Win Win Iced Green Tea was good for the price. It’s not the best bubble tea out there, but their deals are awesome. The flavor of the tea and consistency of the tapioca balls were good. Their popcorn chicken is delicious. Get yourself a bag and eat it with the skewers they provide. It’ll keep your hands clean from all the seasoning. Service was quick and friendly enough. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Place is clean. Get your snack on for an affordable price.

It’s a Quickly. In Chinatown LA. I like this Quickly location better than the Lollicup in Chinatown because the seating is more and the shop feels airier. I still have yet to try the Ten Ren in Chinatown. But the long and short of it is, you can easily and dependably get your above-average boba milk tea here at this Quickly. Parking sucks at this Quickly location, park and walk somewhere else or be like me and bike.
