I truly just wanted to commend someone who I received very simple assistance from. I don’t mean to downsize ‘simple’ in a world where now it seems that customer service is very hard to come by. I can’t tell you how many RadioShack’s, Best Buy’s, Apple, and Sprint stores I’ve contacted looking for this iPhone. Everyone simply says no, with no further questions or anything. I had a DM from another RadioShack in Culver City promise me one right after they released. He failed in his promises on multiple occasions. Then today there was Jorge. My mother called and he said he’d look around and call her back if they had any… IF. I can deal with that. I called back on my behalf just in case and as soon as he got on the phone he remembered my mothers name and exactly what we wanted. He’ll be keeping an eye out for my options. He was very thorough, respectful, and very honest… No promises, no anything. In all, whether or not I end up using my RadioShack card, or Best Buy, or Barclay’s for Apple, I just thought you should know you have an excellent associate representing your company well.
