I enjoy the convenience of this location. The workers are friendly and they always have what I need in stock.

Well stocked and has everything you’d need. They have special sales at this location, too. The area next to it is sketchy so this Ralph’s usually harbours riff raff.

I don’t like when my cashier obviously had a cold, and coughs in her hand several times during the transaction, then uses those hands to bag my groceries and give me a receipt. Luckily I already have the flu???

Angie in the deli is amazing. I saw her working short handed yesterday and she didn’t even sweat or look remotely stressed. I ordered a sandwich for lunch with special instructions. She was courteous and quite lovely. It was a yummy lunch so I came in again today. Even though it was Chaotic and slammed yesterday she still remembered me and my order! I really appreciate her customer service. You don’t get service that is personalized these days. I appreciate her paying attention to my needs and making me feel like I matter. Give this woman a bump in pay or something! Real hard worker and the quality of work is still there! Awesome service!

I love this store, but this service dog stuff is getting out of control. Last night I was there with my baby who was sitting in the basket and along comes this lady with this nasty dirty dog I think if he took a bath he was white jumping around in the basket. Now don’t you think this is an infection control issue dogs in the basket where our food goes that’s just nasty the little wipes aren’t enough the health department needs to see this it’s unacceptable. I will never put my baby in there basket again. Ralphs fix this ASAP

I have shopped at this Ralphs from day one that it opened, I think it’s the best customer service available. But the other day I saw what I think is a horrible thing and I happen to video tape it. The lady was fixing the Ralphs cookies with her hands n putting it back on the rack. This is not sanitized. I think it’s actually very disgusting because u never know what she was doing prior to touching the food … She had no gloves on and had the package open touching the cookies.

I came in at 12:45am and they refused to let me enter the store. The security officer said they needed time close up, but the sign says they close at 1am.

I looooooove their marinated carne asada i highly recommend it i make a 30min drive just for that meat. This Ralph’s had a huge selection of everything out of the 10 different Ralph’s that I’ve been to including locations in marvista and santa monica this is my first choice it just about had everything you need and I’ve never had a problem here

For some reason they never have chicken thighs with bone in or skin on – and then butchers always act really confused when you ask for it like why would anyone ever want that.
Mostly friendly staff. Not Bernice tho. Checks her phone for an extended period of time, no hello, no thank you, no good bye, no eye contact. But I mean maybe she’s mute in addition to being rude.
Ok to good produce section. If you want ribs they sell them frozen unless you can make it to the meat counter before 9. You won’t always find what you want protein wise. But they do sell crawfish.
Not a great market, but not the worst, and I don’t feel like I’m about to get robbed in there. Pretty much. So three stars.

This Ralphs is really sub-​par, despite being a «Signature» location.
Several times I have bought vegetables here that after a day or two have mold on them. One time rot was hidden by a sticker.
The straw that broke the camel’s back though, and the reason why I will not shop at any Ralphs anymore, was that on Christmas Day arrived at the store a few minutes before they were scheduled to close. Despite arriving during store hours, the security guard had the doors locked and would not let anyone in.
Ended up going to a Vons which was open until 11 btw, and which was packed as apparently people need to shop, even if it is a holiday.
Aside from the problems with the produce section and just management/​security, the store has lazy employees, and not a great selection of products, well that is unless you want Mexican items, which it has in spades.
Do yourself a favor, go to Vons.

Love coming here! It’s so darn big! They have a deli section and the food is so tasty! When I’m to lazy to cook, I just come here and get a nice meal for the family! They have a large selection of fruits & vegetables. Organic and regular! Very helpful staff! Huge parking lot with lots of space!

The deli is always a nightmare!!! and they don’t always have everything stocked. The produce gets picked over way to fast (restock on anything is terrible)

Do not order a cake on the phone with them. The lady who answered didn’t speak English very well. I asked for a chocolate cake 12 times. Somehow I still ended up with a vanilla cake. This has happened multiple times. Hopefully online on in person will be a better experience. For everything else they are pretty great.

Bad Salmon. Purchased it from the fish counter. Asked the employee if it was fresh. He said, «yes, came in today.» Selected 2 pieces. When I arrived home and took them out, I was overwhelmed by the stench! One piece in particular smelled putrid! The other had an odor and was slimy and sticky.
I immediately phoned the store. The attitude of the night manager was callous. They more interested as to whether I had my receipt than the fact that they were selling rotten fish!
I had purchased bad salmon from their fresh fish counter a few months before. Thought it was a fluke and would never happen again.
This time I reported them to the department of health.

I used to come here a lot. NEVER AGAIN.
Never had much of a problem with the service, selection, prices, and employees until yesterday.
The security guard was an older gentleman, and he had the task to subdue a very large shoplifter and could not. He had to use a taser on him, which caused the suspect to manually fight him.
The fight got pretty brutal, and the manager (not sure if it was the store, front-​end, cashier manager, operations, or whoever, but he was a manager) just sat there and watched!
As bystanders, it is hard for us to step in and intervene, because you never know if this suspect has a knife, gun, etc. However, it would take 3 – 4 of us to even pull this guy off of the security guard and none of us stepped up. None of us.
A female asked the manager to do something, and he replies, «This is on him — he signed up for this. It’s not my job to help him.» And someone asks the manager to at least calls the cops, and he refuses to — says practically the same thing.
He’s watching this security guard defend HIM and his store, and all he does is sit and watch and refuses to call the cops. What a yellow, LAZY, pile if crap.
I will never support this store every again, or any Ralphs. They employ managers who would rather watch their security guard be beaten (and even killed) than to do anything about it — something as easy as calling the police for him.
Security protects their store, and he didn’t even have the notion that perhaps he should have stepped up and helped his security.
I feel horrible for not doing anything, but my God — this is not my store!

Came in this particular night and had the most amazing service I called the next day to complement the morning watch manager.
He ran out after me to let me know my milk was spilling and swapped it out no issues. That’s service!

This is a convenient, never-​too-​busy-​to-​open-​another-​line location. Mostly what makes this location a good one is the staff! I was in self check-​out last night with a bottle of wine among my items, and now liquor is not allowed to be purchased in self check. So I had to get out of that crowded area and go get into a regular cashier line. One of the checkers, Robert, was busy helping like 3 people at once, and then proceeded to come over to me, help me pick up my items, and send me to a register he was about to open! WOW! He was charming, smiling, fast, and naturally courteous! Appreciate you Robert — you’re a kind, chivalrous young man! Dig that!

Conveniently located at the corner of pico and san vicente in a shopping center. Large parking area, convenient hours, no hassle finding a shopping cart. Large store, w/​various selections of everything.
Note: Never grocery shop on am empty stomach. If you are craving food b4 shopping for food theres a subway, and a wing shop.
With such a large selection of everything the one thing i needed was not available. Came looking specifically for maraschinos cherries w/​stem. Making an upsidedown pineapple cake. This store did not have the cherries. Reason for my low rating.
Also bought tea, they have a descent selection available.

Enjoy the free samples. Today they had potato chips. Grabbed 3 samples for myself.

Compared to many of the other Ralphs on the West side I found this location to have a much better produce section — more options and better quality stuff.
Other than I didn’t spend too much time in the store. But it seemed big, clean and well stocked.
