My husband and I lived here for a little over one year (2013 — 2014), and we truly cannot say enough good things about the building, the builders, and our experience there. The lofts are beautifully designed and were exactly the clean, modern aesthetic we were looking for. We also loved the proximity to downtown Culver City, where we went on daily walks and to grab drinks or dinner in the evenings. The builders have an office onsite and are quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Bob, Rick, and Johnny were fantastic. Johnny, in particular, was always extremely helpful and friendly! Even after we moved, he took care of gathering our mail for us.
It is clear that a lot of thought and pride has gone into this building. We would have stayed longer, but we moved to San Diego. We miss it!

Well, I guess different people have different experiences. We moved here a few weeks ago and a day does not pass by that we don’t rave to our friends and each other about how happy we are here. We love the space, the details, the appliances, the floor, the height of the ceiling, the layout, the quiet, the well kept property… Not one thing could be better as far as we are concerned. And frankly, we are super critical people. We also moved from a 5000 square feet custom built ultra modern house in the Hollywood Hills, so the comparison could have been deadly. We are so happy here, we have no regrets or are missing our house. OK maybe missing a little more space to store our stuff, and the 2 acres the house sits on!
Ophir and Amir have been delightful from the showing of the place to the fixing of everything we have asked for. Absolutely everything you would ever need or want from the people managing your building. I was so surprised by the reviews, I ask around when i run into neighbors. Just making sure my experience is not isolated. We often find ourselves chatting with our neighbors about all the great things we experience in this building.
I could go on and on, but I have to go cook a delicious meal in my super cool kitchen…
