Worst experience ever!!! Waiting 3hrs and still didnt get admitted. They kept putting me down in the que as i watched those that arrived even an hour after i did and still get admitted before me. The front office staff was busy however not friendly or accommodating. I ended up just leaving. Finally ended up at Hollywood Urgent Care and got admitted immediately with friendly staff and smiles all around.

In and out with friendly service in less than an hour. I’d go back if needed :)

Much better than going to an emergency room & a lot cheaper. It’s never too crowded. Make sure your insurance is accepted or you’ll pay $ 140. Front desk staff is not helpful & not at all friendly but the doctors and staff once you get to the back are awesome. Ditch the chicks at the front and I give it four to five stars.

Worst place to get attention. Stay away from this urgent care facility. They run like a mafia. I injured myself at work. I had really bad back pain. I was discharge back to work the same day. I did not matter how much I pleaded about the pain. The doctor said I still had to return to work. WORST PLACE EVER.

I’m visiting from the East Coast and needed at strep test on New Year’s Day. They were open, I presented myself and was seen almost immediately. The facility was spotless, and everyone there acted in a most professional manner. One nurse took my vitals, another came in and did the throat culture, and then the physician’s assistant came in and examined me. I was totally pleased with the treatment I received and would recommend it to anyone. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant to go to Reliant, but I can assure you, you will receive excellent care if you go expecting what an urgent care center offers.

I am hereby urging anybody considering this place, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
This is a travesty of Health Care Delivery, particularly with regard to medical emergencies! One can only hope the the owner (s) of this facility read this message and consider what I and others are saying.
I myself, am a healthcare provider 30+ years, and I have never encountered anything like this. My wife recently was suffering severe acute (debilitating) back and abdominal pain, and was literally buckled over on the floor. Clearly (as I surmised) she was suffering from a kidney stone attack. She refused having paramedics come over, desiring instead to be taken to urgent care. We live close to LAX, and found Reliant to be highly convenient. Was late Sunday night, walked in and was greeted by a most unpleasant (smothered in «goth» lipstick and makeup) receptionist. She could see my wife in extreme distress, and her only concern was getting $ 100 up front. I explained to her that her deductible was met (which it was), and that she should only be paying $ 20 co-​pay. She nastily replied that if I do not give her the $ 100 that my wife would not be helped. Ok fine, so I paid her the $ 100.
Soon afterward, the male nurse escorted my wife into exam room, where he took a couple vitals as well as urine sample.
Not long after, what I presumed to be the doctor, came in and literally stood across the room explaining to my wife that the most he could do was a pain injection, and that she would need to go to an ER. Interestingly enough, he did NOT take a medical history whatsoever, did not ask her a single question regarding her condition, other than commenting on the fact that she had a kidney stone (which I myself wrote down on the intake form). He did not palpate her back or abdomen, or do any physical examination whatsoever. He just stood across the room citing text about pain medications. In his defense there probably was not much he could do for her condition other than a pain injection, but the fact is, this was inexcusable as far as medical protocol goes. And after Miss Friendly at the front prints out a statement, I come to discover that the «doctor» was not even a doctor, rather a PA!
Unbelievable, this place is a sham, stay away and go to a reliable urgent care center!

There’s nothing worse than getting sick on vacation. However, I am grateful to have stumbled upon this facility in my time of need. The care I received here was top of the line. The center is clean, the staff is professional and knowledgeable, and the wait time is minimal.

The doctors are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I sprained my ankle while in town and there was hardly any wait. Everything went smoothly and if I hurt myself again while in LA (hopefully not), I will definitely return here.

This urgent care has taking care of me so many times! The wait is usually longer during the day but idc they treat me well each and every time I’m here.

Clean and efficient facility. Very professional. Short waiting time. Clean waiting room. It looks like they do a lot of drug testing here for the airport! Located on the southwest corner of Sepulveda and 96^th street.

I arrived at 7am on a Tuesday morning and was seeing Dr Dash within 30 minutes. The lobby was quiet and clean with comfortable chairs, and the staff… the staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice, worked quickly and politely, and made me feel seen and heard. I was out in no time with a prescription. I’ll admit Dr Dash was a little reserved, but he did what I expected (prescription), so I have no complaints. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quick treatment.

Had a bit of glass stuck in my foot and one hour later I was out. They are quick if it’s early in the am and they are not bad. Glad they are near me.

Went there for back pain and because I have an open workers comp case from 3 years ago, they take my co-​pay, put me in a room, only to have the Dr. come in and tell me there’s nothing they can do because of my open case and that I need to go to the emergency room.
When I asked for my co-​pay because they didn’t do a single thing to or for me, they said I’d have to wait for the Supervisor to come in the next morning. When I refused to leave and said I’d wait till the supervisor came in, the front desk girl called the police and had them come and remove me.
If you can avoid this place, do so at all costs. Use another Urgent Care facility.

The wait to get in to see the doctor was 50 minutes, but wait that was just to get into the room. Then after another 15 minutes, and that’s a kind approx., we saw a nurse practitioner. The guy was nice but I’m not sure if he was all there. He seemed really tired, but totally nice guy. The place its self is in need of an upgrade. It looked old and dingy.

I’d equate a review for any urgent care facility to a review for McDonald’s. It’s hard to really expect much so when they give you exactly what you expect, is that an average experience?
I was on Day 9 of a cold that wouldn’t go away with any OTC drugs and suspected it was strep throat. It was Sunday and I couldn’t get an appointment with my useless primary care doctor the week before so this was the next best method of getting a prescription. I waited over two hours from the time I walked in the door to when the doctor walked into my room. She actually walked into the room adjacent to mine and started talking about my chart to another patient. Luckily the door was open so I interrupted her when I heard my name. She spent 2.83 seconds looking at my throat before proclaiming she would write me a prescription for antibiotics. I took it upon myself to let her know all my other symptoms since she didn’t bother to ask. I also told her the nurse had done a strep test already and she said, «Yeah, it was negative. Had it been positive, I would have walked in with a prescription in hand.» I wonder if she was planning on telling me the results without me asking. If the symptoms persisted after 2 days on the drugs, her advice was to go to my primary care doctor. Basically, don’t bother us again. Nice.
If any good came out of this visit, I finally finished a book I had been trying to read since Christmas. And my throat stopped hurting.

Went in for headaches and an increasingly large bump in my mouth and the rude doctor comes walking in and talking to me like I’m stupid and after 5 minutes she ultimately said there’s nothing she can do about it and we need to go to the emergency room instead…
I paid 100 dollars for someone to tell me that I needed to go somewhere else.
Don’t come here because they’ll just talk to you like you’re dumb and tell you to go somewhere else because their facility is «very limited on what they are able to» (exactly what the nurse said).

If you have a true emergency or need assistance, I wouldn’t come here at all. I’ve been waiting an hour for a 5 minute drug test screening that is pre paid for. There is 15 people in this lobby waing who truly look sick. Although they are 24 hours and that may be a convince to most people, it isn’t for me at 8:30 pm to take a piss test!

I have visited a lot of urgent care facilities over the years. With both asthma & allergies I find myself needing care outside of waiting for my PCP often and also while traveling.
I hate to break it to you people but urgent care is not a regular doctors office, you are going to wait, the staff is going to me mediocre and the doctors are going to be second rate. That’s why they work at Urgent Care and not a nice doctors office or hospital! If you want good service, quality care and top notch doctors you are going to have to take your time to find one and book your appointments in advance. Otherwise you get urgent care level care and it is what it is.
As for this place in particular. It was clean, staff was functional, wait was about average at 1 hour total from arrival to doc walking in, and care was average. The doctor did not seem too interested and since I obviously wasn’t dying there wasn’t much concern. I got a referral to a specialist and a prescription to hold me over until then which is what I needed and I was on my way.
$ 25 total charge with insurance (depending on what carrier you have) which isn’t too bad.

Fast & Professional
Althoughi was in pain from a damn dog bite, the staff made sure i was seen quickly. The waiting room rotates quicker then most Doctor offices.
