Robert was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. He helped us navigate multiple neighborhoods and was equally knowledgeable of all of them. Robert went above and beyond our expectations. We hired him to sell our condo in Westwood. He generated 3 offers, and negotiated the best price and terms on our behalf. We sold above asking price and got a free 60 day rent back. Not only was instrumental in the sale of the condo, but he negotiated aggressively in getting a purchase loan on the next deal. He found a great lender and got us a lower rate than our original lender quoted us.

The company I work for sold several duplexes in Los Angeles. We used Teles Properties and Robert Rodriguez as our agent. He really went out of his way to get us the best value for our buildings, as well as to assist with any minute and random detail that was required to get escrow closed. He even had to deal with a few difficult tenants but kept everything moving along smoothly. Would definitely recommend him and I’m sure we will use him again. If I personally had a property to sell, I would use him as well!
