I was recently introduced to Erica Moore-​Burton by a classmate.
I met Erica several weeks ago & instantly liked her. Her professional attitude is very impressive. I shared with her my recent (horrible!) experiences with recruiters. She said that she believes in creating long-​term relationships with candidates.
I went on an interview today for a position at a local property management company for an Executive Assistant position. While I wasn’t interested in the position, I was certainly impressed by Erica’s follow through & sharing of information about the company, the details of the position & how the process would move along.
I would certainly refer any friends, colleagues, acquaintances, etc., to Erica. She’s reassured my belief that there are actually professional & responsive recruiters in the area. :):)
I don’t think a candidate would be disappointed in working with Erica on a job search, as she’s a pleasure to work with.
