Same Day 203K Consulting

My partner and I are in the process of buying a total fixer in Pasadena. We are using the Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation loan product (conventional form of the FHA 203k) and have chosen Same Day 203K for our consultant needs.
Aaron has been a complete pleasure to work with during this extremely complicated and stressful process. He was able to inspect the property on short notice and complete his initial report in just a few days, per our request to speed up the somewhat lengthy loan process. We really appreciate all of his efforts so far!

PART 1: To put it simply, if it had not been for Aaron Baldwin of Same Day 203K Consulting and his wealth of knowledge and contacts, it would not have been possible for us to purchase our beautiful new home.
My husband and I began the home-​buying process many months ago w/​a different lender and 203K consultant. However, after meeting the first consultant and deciding that he was not a good fit for us, we continued our search and found Aaron and 203K Consulting. From the very first conversation his twenty plus years of experience was evident as he put us at ease with his calm demeanor, vast amount of knowledge, and willingness to educate us about the 203K loan process.
His assistance eventually became invaluable when — at the eleventh hour, the week of (our first) expected closing — we were notified by our previous lender of an issue beyond our control that threatened our dream of becoming home owners. Aaron quickly referred us to another lender, Jeff Touchstone of Prospect Mortgage, and Jeff was able to not only save the deal, but to help us close in about 2.5 weeks!
We are now at the beginning of the remodeling process and Aaron has «held our hand» every step of the way. His quick response to our calls and emails and solid advice, has given us confidence that no matter the issue, he will have our backs and has our best interest in mind. I am writing this review regarding Aaron Baldwin and FHA 203-​K CONSULTANT and the hard work and dedication he has put into being our consultant with our 203-​K. Even though we have not completed the entire project yet, I don’t believe we could have been luckier than the day we met him.
Same day 203-​K which is Aaron’s company has been a blessing for me and my family.
He is a honest, hard working consultant and the most knowledgeable person I have met in his field. I am a Realtor and meet many people in his line of work. Nobody
that I have met has the experience, commitment, or knowledge that Aaron has.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and thorough on my house inspections. I also would like to add that he was always available on the phone for consultations and he took my house project like if it was his, helping me many times with decisions that eventually saved me a lot of money and time.
