I had the pleasure of working with Sandra for a photo session in downtown LA. For someone that feels uncomfortable in front of the camera, she made me feel really comfortable and at ease.
My whole experience was amazing — from makeup artist referrals, and helping me book the shoot location, and her coaching me throughout the session. She is a true professional and passionate about her craft, which is evident in her work. Her kindness and genuine compassion is just the icing on top.
I have been referring her already to family and friends, and when the time comes, I would definitely work with her again on another project. She was an absolute dream to work with and I HIGHLY recommend her.

Sandy is amazing! She is professional, personable, and creative. I love the photos she has taken for me and I will without a doubt hire her again in the future! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to capture any special moments in life.

I came across a Boudoir Session collaboration posted by my wedding hair and makeup agency a couple of months ago and I was intrigued to give it a try since I didn’t have a chance to do one before the wedding. I also wanted to have a shoot before having a baby, so it was the perfect timing!
The agency took care of my hair and makeup, and Sandra was the photographer for the Boudoir shoot. It was an extremely fun and liberating experience. I felt very comfortable and secure with the shoot. Sandra put me at ease and gave me good instructions on how to pose and what to express. I was pleased with the results when I got the finished photos. What Sandra was able to capture is the feminine and sexy side of women on these Boudoir shots. It was through Sandra’s photos that I saw a side of me that I didn’t know existed. I then ordered a magazine of 40 photos as an anniversary gift to my husband. He was so thrilled and said it was the best gift ever!
So, I want to recommend Sandra to the women out there who are interested in doing a Boudoir shoot and are hesitant about it — you are in good hands because Sandra is professional, talented and offers a great service!

I can’t say enough good things about Sandra and her work. She’s taken pictures of our baby girl (newborn, 6 mos, and 1^st birthday party)…and they are my most treasured pictures ever. And taking pictures of a baby (and a tired mom) is no easy task… but she always manages to make us all look good! And it doesn’t hurt that she is SO nice, patient, and SO SO easy to work with. Book her for a session… you won’t be disappointed!

I’m more than thrilled to write Sandy rave reviews for her beautiful pics of my one month old baby boy. I’ve always loved Sandy’s style of work as being crisp, clean, and charming. I was so sad I couldn’t have her shoot my wedding but the next best thing was the opportunity to have her take pictures of my little family– and after two days, I can’t stop staring at the teasers she’s released. I cant believe that those pictures are of the same hectic afternoon with my sleepless baby. Wow.
With a newborn, I was far from ready for her to take pictures. My house was a mess, and my baby cried hysterically the whole time. I was so sure that she would be annoyed, but instead she graciously went around rearranging my furniture and setting up props shed gleaned from around my house! And even though I thought my baby crying was awful timing, but she expertly turned them into some of my favorite images… it’s absolute perfection.
I can’t wait to see the rest of her work, and I know I’d love to work with her again.

I must say looking at the website makes an inkling of me want to get married damn it… and I don’t believe in the institution of marriage either… but I believe in love which I am in…
The photos are absolutely beautiful… captures the moments very well… gives me goosebumps… and makes me so happy to see others captured that way.

Sandra shot my wedding this past August and she did an amazing job. From start to finish everything was done with such attention to detail. She is very creative and organized and her standards are super high so you will never get anything less than perfect.
I got my photo album just before the holidays and have been sharing with EVERYONE. Needless to say, its been a big hit. The album was one of the reasons I hired her and I am glad I did. Its beautiful and tells a story. Her work captures special moments and that is why I heart Sandra P.

When I started searching for photographers, I didn’t even know where to start. And so I continued to flip and flip through different sites that would actually give me reviews. I actually found Sandra here on Unilocal and decided to check out her website. I LOVED her pictures and all of her other reviews just raved about her! I even remember one saying about how she was so great about correspondence and how she goes out of her ways to make things happen. Well, I have to say that after the my first email to her, I was definitely impressed at her response time. And not just then, but ever since then! She was always VERY quick to get back to me. There’s nothing more frustrating than to be waiting for vendors to get back to you about information you need. And especially when you’re already stressed out about just planning a wedding!
She took our engagement pictures and I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I received from all of my friends after I posted several of them on my facebook page. (it’s the fastest way to share your pictures!) Sandy just has a way capturing something very special about each of her clients.
Not only are her pictures wonderful, but she is the sweetest and most easy going person to work with! Working with Sandy has been such a pleasure and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in search of the perfect pictures. I’m telling you… this girl is FABULOUS!

If you’re getting married I obviously don’t have to tell you how stressful it can often be to plan your big event. Finding the right vendors is often the most difficult task. Well, when my fiancé and I found Sandra, we no longer had to worry about our photography. I can’t begin to tell you how much time I spent online looking through hundreds of photographers’ websites to find not only someone who takes beautiful photos but also comes highly recommended and is affordable. There are many photographers that shoot great but charge an arm and a leg or have terrible service. Finding Sandra was such a relief. Not only has she given us beautiful photos to treasure but she also made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision from beginning to end. I am a photographer myself and the only job I asked for (being the groom) was to choose our photographer. I wanted every photo to look like it came straight out of a magazine. Funny story… Sandra took our engagement photos and we used one of them for our «save the date» postcards. It turned out that over a dozen of our friends and family actually threw away the «save the date» postcards as they were sorting their mail because they said the photo looked like something out of an ad and they thought it was junkmail at first glance. So… we had to re-​mail a few postcards but in the end everyone that received them commented on how amazing the photo was. If you’re looking for a great photographer (who is actually affordable for the average couple) I definitely recommend making Sandra your first choice!

I genuinely can say I’m very fortunate to be friends with several professional photographers. And when I say «professional», by that I mean they’re all wedding photographers. Whether it’s full-​time or on the side, all of the ones I know and the ones that I have been able to come across via my friends are all very talented and I know that whenever I need a professional job to be done, I have several people to choose from.
One in particular, we actually had become friends in recent months because we had met through a mutual friend and almost immediately, we got along really well.
Coincidentally, I had been considering headshots for my catering website. I figured I should just man up and fork up the money for a professional job. I’ve always admired my friends work and I love her style. It just so happened that out of all the photographers I knew, she was the only one that I was aware of that also takes lifestyle photos on top of weddings and engagement sessions.
So I sent her an email asking if she could do it and after a little brainstorming, we agree to proceed. We picked a date, time, and location for my photoshoot.
We ended up meeting in Oldtown Pasadena on a Sunday morning. She was a little shorter than I imagined (haha, sorry if you’re reading this…). Our shoot lasted almost 2 hours, utilizing several poses as well as several spots around Oldtown. She was really great to work with because she has a pretty laid back approach and was very patient with me, especially since I’ve never done any kind of photoshoot whatsoever except for friggin in-​studio family portraits, which is different because you’re just standing there. But with a photoshoot, every little detail is important, where your arms and hands are, your chin being too high or too low, how much or how little you’re smiling. But again, she was very patient with me and I figured since she’s the photographer and has done lifestyle photos before, she knew how to pose people to look natural.
About 2 – 3 weeks later, I received a CD-​ROM in the mail with all my proofs from the shoot. As with any photoshoot, there were some that I liked better than others, which is why you take so many. Even the slightest change in composition or lighting could make for a not so great photo. My primary profile picture is actually the one I liked the best out of all the shots we took. I also have another one in my pictures.
She is a great friend and a great photographer and I know if I asked her to shoot anything else, I could count on her.
