History
Established in 1978.
In 1976, Alf Moufarrige began his search for office space, a receptionist, and secretarial support to start a new venture. He was stunned by the overhead costs that would eat into his profits. The quintessential entrepreneur, he had the idea to share space, staff, and operational costs to reduce the overhead.
Alf took office space in the MLC Center Sydney and outlined the floor plan with a piece of chalk. Within 12 months, Servcorp had two floors in Sydney and a second location in Melbourne.
The idea for the original Virtual Office occurred to Alf on a business flight. Like most brilliant ideas, it was probably born on an in-flight napkin. He recognized many professionals’ need for mobility while maintaining the highest level of business standards. He began to offer plans that provided everything but the physical space of the office.
The Servcorp level of service and technology is sustainable because it is backed up by 30+ years of experience and a company of innovators.

Hello, my name is Christine, and I am the Team Leader for Figueroa at Wilshire. I attended the University of Southern California where I received a B.A. in Theatre Arts. My experience ranges from production and administration to the development and implementation of community engagement programs. Respect, efficiency and positivity are central to my work ethic.
