I purchased a personalized flask and Shivam messed up on the engraving. When I inquired about fixing it, they refused to fix the product or send a new one. I then wanted to return item and was told that was not an option. If the company messes up on engraving, the customer should be allowed the option to have it corrected. Rather than have to keep the item with incorrect engraving. Communication to Shivam is horrible, they respond with rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate emails. I will never shop through Shivam again or recommend any of the products or engraving.

Ordered the«F*ck Communism» Lighter they sell on Amazon. Amazon needs to rein in this seller. They sent me a lighter with crooked engraving that wasn’t centered. I checked their sellers feedback and it turns out that this is an on-going issue with them and this particular lighter. Please see posted feedback on their profile from Dec 29, 2012 from another purchaser as an example. In fact, their total negative rating for the last 30 days is over 10%. How bad does it have to be before Amazon steps in to do something about the seller’s customer service? For example, I contacted Shivam about the lighter and they won’t cover return shipping on an exchange, even though it’s their responsibility to QA their engravings before they leave the store. When I asked them for a return shipping label, they sarcastically replied back with«We have over 1500 fonts available, which would you prefer.» Funny stuff. Given that other negative feedback in their profile has customers complaining that they often don’t receive items, or exchanges, even after they’re charged for the item, I’ll probably just eat the cost of this lighter, rather than send it back, and risk them not sending a replacement. But do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this vendor. Amazon runs a pretty tight ship, but some of these 3rd party sellers: not so much.

Update: 12÷30÷11 Received merchandise 28 days after ordering — too long. Merchandise was as described so I added a star. Ordered online from them on Amazon. Items totaled about $ 18. Shipping was $ 14. 25 days later still have not received my medic alert tags. So much for ordering Nov 30th to get by Christmas. I will update my rating and review if they ever send me my stuff or give me a refund.

2 Stars Called to see if they had what I was looking for in stock and they said it would be better for me to just order it online. Ordered four things from their website(blingforfun), and it came out to about $ 8. Shipping, oh that came out to OVER $ 10FORLESSTHAN2POUNDS!!! For that price, you better have a courier bring it to me w/in 30 minutes! After a week, I still hadn’t received my package, so I called to she what the hell was taking so long. They said my package was just put in the mail that morning…8 days after I had ordered it and paid an unreasonably high amount for shipping. One of the items seems like it isn’t made too well, but the others are ok(so far).
