I want a place here. A friend of a friend let us use his place for location to shoot my promo video for Ninja Sox. Floor to ceiling windows, one touch remote blinds, amazing kitchen, two separate areas and bathrooms. Automatic toilet seats that go up and down. Laundry room, walk in closets, huge living area… you get my point.
I’m sure the guy’s place was an expensive one, but I WANT it!

Modern building and the best staff in Los Angeles! I have been living in this building for almost 3 years and i am going to move to Sta Monica next weekend… I must say: I almost have tears in my eyes because I have never lived in a place with such an amazing staff (they even helped me to fix my bike locker). Since I moved in Los Angeles in 2008, I lived in one Archstone (Marina Del Rey) and another highrise on Wilshire… nothing compared to this building, apartments with amazing L. A view and the best staff in the world, so helpful and kind… you can’t imagine! I will miss it very very much!

Not a bad building to work in. Windows all around, clean, fairly new. My buddy lives in one of the condos which are awesome, but better be for the price.
