I took a couple of Suits and slacks to get tailor that job was done. I spend $ 100 so work shirts and one of the tops of the Suit wouldn’t be press. The Tshirts I drop off were new and I just wanted them press their was no sign of them being press. I told the guy that was in the front counter that day, he didn’t seem to have herd me or didn’t care so I left. Never coming to this place again or any of the other Sloans Dry Cleaners in my area.

This is the worst dry cleaners ever! I have given this place a second chance and was even more disappointed the second time. The first time, I took a dress that I had worn at my baptism as a baby to get cleaned so that me daughter could wear it for her baptism. I asked for them to have it ready before that Saturday but they said that it would be ready on Saturday. When I went to go pick it up, it wasn’t at the location I had dropped it off at. They sent me to another location to pick it up. Luckily, when I arrived the dress was ready. And now for the doosey! I dropped a three piece suit with a shirt and the ticket stated it would be ready on 03/01/2014. I went to go pick up the clothing on 03/06/2014 and the shirt was missing. It is now 03/11/2014 and they still have not located my shirt! I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and my husband has no shirt! I will never go back there and I do not encourage anyone else to!

I’ve been visiting this location for 23 years. Nothing but excellent service and quality cleaning. They’ve recently changed staff but from my experience the service has always been great.

When a person launders their clothes, it is supposed to smell of fresh linen. However, when I picked up my items from here, the tablecloth still had stains on it, and the blanket, instead of smelling fresh and clean, it wreaked of body odor as if it sat with other stinky clothes and was just ironed and put on a hanger. When I confronted them about the issues, they wouldn’t even give me a refund, even though there was tangible proof that the items were not cleaned. Sometimes, it just feels good to take out 1st world anxieties/problems on an incompetent business owner who doesn’t realize that she will soon be going out of business when the only thing she has to offer is the quality of service a homeless person on skid row could outdo
