So there are florists that are closer, but the reviews and their website decided it. I ordered one of their custom arrangements and went to pick it up an hour later.
And I wasn’t in love with it. In person, the roses just weren’t what I expected. «No problem,» said Steven, «let’s get you what you want.» And with that I was whisked into the refrigerator to make my choice. Oh yeah. I forgot. That’s the way it’s supposed to be. He could give up being a florist and teach seminars in customer service, but that would be a waste.
«Stunning,» was the word from the recipient. Yup.

Diana is my hero/​miracle worker!
My boss requested that I have a beautiful bouquet delivered immediately to an important company contact, and she pulled a miracle out of her — back pocket to make it happen for me.
Cannot stress enough how amazing it feels to have such amazing customer service. On top of all that, she ADDED gorgeous touches to the bouquet that was available.
We will definitely be using Sonny Alexander exclusively if its up to me.

We have been using them for years and have always gotten the absolutely best flowers. Fresh, beautifully arranged, perfectly delivered. I ruined one of their orchids and they replaced them. This is truly the best and most reasonable florist you can expect to find.

These are true professionals who take pride in their work. My husband has been ordering flowers for me from Sonny since 2010 — birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s day, special occasions. Most of the time, the flowers were delivered to my office, and I always got so many compliments– not just the courteous/​obligatory «nice flowers,» but genuine «wow, that’s a gorgeous arrangement!» The bouquets are high quality and fresh, and always elegantly arranged; my husband trusts them so much that he leaves the order to the florists’ judgement, and we have never been disappointed.
The most meaningful sign of the pride they take in their work came recently, when my husband bought me two orchid plants from them for my birthday. Within a few days, one of them had started dying (incredibly unlike the quality we have always seen from Sonny). I called a couple of weeks later, on Valentine’s Day weekend (I imagine the busiest time of the year), and when I explained what had happened, Matthew immediately offered to have the dying plant PICKED UP and a replacement REDELIVERED the next day.
The replacement was even more beautiful than the original, and Sonny has won a loyal customer for life. Thank you, for being true professionals! I am so impressed.

This place has amazing selection of flowers! So many to pick from and they are all on display. I had a hard time picking there were so many options. The bad thing is it’s very pricey! They charged something crazy for one peony. Even if peonies are not in season there is another flower shop that charges $ 18 for a bunch of 5, not per flower.
I ended up getting a gorgeous bouquet but it was $ 90! If price is no object def go to this place. It’s a bit too expensive for my taste. Few days later I got same exact bouquet from same flowers at wholesale florist on Santa Monica and crescent heights and it cost $ 40! So with that said, great selection, but pricey flower shop.

I wish all of my loved ones lived in the L.A. area so that I could gift them with gorgeous arrangements from Sonny Alexander Flowers!
On November 10th they delivered EXACTLY the arrangement I saw on their website! It was exquisite! Also, at the time of ordering I asked if the flowers could be delivered same day and by a particular time… I was advised that yes, they could deliver within my time frame. They kept their word!
They are a PREMIER florist for a reason!

I had a wedding reception Aug 8th 2015 and Kasie really is personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend her! She stay within the budget and then some! She went above and beyond, even responded to an email late night when the hotel didn’t deliver the flowers to the correct room. I went through 3 other florists that didn’t come close to what she had to offer on floral color/​choices, size, freshness, volume, and professionalism. The next day I used the flowers for a baby shower and the flowers were still as beautiful as the day it was delivered. She also made a graduation lei at the last minute’s request that is unique and affordable compared to others, and delivered it to the hotel I was staying at. All still under my budget. She provides a proof of design and sample for approval so you can be at ease to what your centerpieces would be perfect and fresh. Note: With similar floral choices I had in mind, the other 3 florist wanted to charge 2 – 3 times more and did not want to work within my budget. Kasie did wonders!

The most stunning, classy and fresh flower display I have ever received. The vase was a heavy glass and the the bouquet made the entire room smell like it was filled with fresh roses. I was pleasantly thrilled.

Because I walk by Sonny’s nearly every day, I stopped in to pick up something for my boss. I was impressed with the selections and staff and the orchid arrangement I purchased for the boss’ wife was very nice and very reasonably priced. I visited again to purchase individual orchids for a Corporate fashion office in Beverly Hills and again was extremely happy with the product. (that fashion office now buys there orchids from Sonny’s) I’ve recently ordered two special floral arrangements and both were PERFECT, absolutely surpassing expectations in flower selection, composition/​artistry, and price. Sonny Alexander Flowers is now the go-​to shop for flowers!!!
