I had a new appt. with Dr. Charles Alexander and the guy was a complete dirt bag. Not personable. Completely rude. Unfortunately I was referred to this guy for elbow surgery. I told him I was already signed off to have the surgery due to an inflammed tendon. I told him it bothered me working out, sleeping and other minimal activities. He told me to just quit working out. I’m sorry, should I not sleep anymore either? The guy had a pirate earring in his left ear too. Very unprofessional.

Went to see Dr. Brian Itagaki for Ortho needs (knee injury + lesion) and while Dr. Brian spent most of the appointment on his cell phone the hospital sent me a separate bill for over $ 1000– for an appointment that was easily an hour or less and very little time with the doctor who literally was on and off the phone the entire time.
I read similar reviews for St. Vincent and ignored them but somehow those are now missing.
The hospital will send you a separate bill regardless of insurance.
