Totally just got screwed over by Staples. Horrible return policy. I just returned 2 items worth about $ 40 which I HAVE proof of payment for. Granted I did return them WAY after the 30 day return policy, but most places just give you store credit instead of cash or credit card credit. The best they would do is give me $ 12 store credit even though I had PROOF of paying a little over $ 40. They can kiss my a**. I will be taking my business to OfficeMax.

Was an okay store but very hard to find someone to ask about the print cartridges and label makers. Two people I asked both «were not sure». They each went to find someone to ask which took forever. But I was able to find the other things I needed so it was okay. At least there was plenty of parking.

I still dont understand why this place is stuck back in the 90s. Customer satisfaction also means nothing to them. They rather throw away something (litterally in the trash) than to keep a customer happy.
The manager also didnt seem to understand common courtesy when they have made a mistake. Very sad… wont miss this place once they close, and its just a matter of time.

literally the worst service in their printing department! no one cares and most printers just don’t work!
no wonder these guys that are going out of service one after another. this is store manager’s fault.

1^st example of ‘How is this customer service?!‘
I went in to print copies for a meeting and was in a hurry. Two girls were working in the copy center– 1 standing at the register staring off and not talking to anyone, the 2^nd just walking away from a customer. I asked the one standing there behind the counter how I could print files in an email (and I’ve been here before and had emailed it to them) and she said I had to log onto the computer to print and rushed to turn to another customer that had just walked up. I had to ask her if I could email it and she just hands me a business card and goes back to helping the new customer– with a completely miserable look on her face to me and giant smile for the second customer!!!
2^nd example of ‘How is this customer service?!‘
I email the files and ask the other girl if it’s there, she opens the file and walks away saying the other girl will help me!!! The other girl is still helping the customer who walked up after me.
The file opens and is just sitting there open for a while so I have to ask the 2^nd ‘customer service’ girl if she can just tap ‘print’ since I needed to get going.
3^rd example of ‘How is this customer service?!‘
She prints the files, walks them to the counter where the 1^st girl is still helping the customer she dismissed me to help, and informs me that the 1^st girl will finish helping me… AGAIN! Apparently she didn’t pass the memo onto the 1^st girl because she ignores me and then walks away to help ANOTHER guy around the corner!
4^th example of ‘How is this customer service?!‘
So the 2^nd employee begrudgingly rings me up. OH I forgot– when she printed my files she asked if I just needed regular paper when she printed it, and my receipt says ‘CLR PREM’ at .69 a page, so I can only assume that means PREMIUM since the weight of the paper she printed on was practically card stock weight and not ‘regular’ in any copy world– obviously ripping me off and taking advantage of the fact that I’m in a hurry.
Mind you, I’m smiling most of this time and politely asking if I can be helped each time and apologizing because I am in a hurry.
So, Staples, please explain– how is this good customer service???

I am at staples and wow Shannette was so nice to assist me with the copy machine and helped me fax a paper over to Allstate. Thanku Shannette u were helpful and u rock.

I went here to buy a roll of grip mat. I wanted to line my desk drawers with the non slip material. I asked one employee and he started walking to one of the aisles. Thinking he knew what I was talking about, I followed him. After going through a few aisles, I asked him if he knew what I was describing. He tells me he doesn’t know. Well why didn’t you tell me that in the first place instead of walking me around the damn store.
I asked another employee and she is too busy on the cell phone texting. I describe what I am looking and tells me she thinks it on aisle two and goes back to texting on the phone. Thanks lady.
Obviously these employees don’t care about helping customers. I hope management reads this b/​c their customer service sucks.

The service is very poor. There is no one to help you when you have a question. It’s very difficult to find any supplies. Most workers don’t know what they are doing there. The parking is large and easy to find parking spot. They open very early in the morning which is helpful. I wish they had a better customer service.

This review is for the copy center only. I had gone in to send an international package and make some prints. I found that the two ladies in that dept. have zero knowledge of how to ship an international package, and have no motivation to provide even the most basic customer service. I had requested some guidance on which carrier is best suited for shipping to asia. Without even asking where in asia, the clerk rudely shoved a form at me. After i filled out the form, she barked at me that fedex does not ship to taipei. I should have just gone to the post office. This type of customer service does not even deserve minimum wage.

Horrible. I will never go here again. They have a price match sign, but won’t price match. The people who worked there didn’t care. I’m very unhappy and will never buy from there again

Great customer service. Store lively. Plenty of reps to help. Quick and efficient checking for items not on display. Made ordering products simple and quick. Alejandro and Mary are great.

I just spent 4.50 to print nothing. The printer attached to the computer didn’t work. The copier charged me but then displayed an error message. There were a lot of employees working there but nearly impossible to get anyone’s attention.

Love that this store is open at 7am! I was able to get in and get out. The Staples staff happen to be having a meeting so I had my choice of associate when I asked regarding electronics. I was in and out in about 30min because I HAAAAAAAD to stop by the planner section (wish they had «cuter» planner selections, as well as the pens! LOL
A nice guy offered to check me out since I only had the one item.

It is really sad to see a business like this slowly sink! I would like to say today was an off day but it wasn’t! It seems many store chains like this are vanishing it is to bad.

I’ve never had any problems picking up office supplies here.
If you work in an office, you need pens. You need paper. You need notebooks.
This Staples is open super early so I can get in before works starts. It’s easy to find everything. Service is «eh» but the people check me out on time. Once, I was there and a classroom full of students was visiting to see commerce in motion. Educational, I’m sure.
This Staples is the center of my business supply needs.

THAT WAS NOT EASY
What a horrible experience. I placed an order on the staples website for an office chair, with the option to pick up in store today.
The website showed 5 in stock and a price of $ 99 with a 30 dollar coupon.
I arrive at the store and they well me I have to wait until the warehouse ships it. I will have to come back next Monday.
But they have 5 in stock.
The store manager said I can cancel the online order and buy it from the store, but I have to pay $ 30 more.
He said I ordered it wrong. I went back to the website and showed him that it said «5 in stock» with a button that says «pick up in store today»
So we have the manager doing the following. .
1) Blaming the customer
2) Asking me to wait until next week
3) offering to let me pick it up today but paying $ 30 more.
When I told him to cancel the order and that if I was going to pay $ 30 more, I would rather give that money to Office Depot.
All of a sudden, the order «suddenly came through» and I got the chair.
Turns out this was the «assistant manager» and the manager is on vacation. When he returns, he should speak to his assistant about the cost of losing customers and the bad reviews they will leave when you treat them like this.
I think future purchases will have to be made at another store, unless I get an apology from the real store manager.
I hope it was worth the 30 dollars you tried to squeeze me for.

Very friendly staff. I feel like Staples has (or will get) any office supply you can think of and they have a clean layout so it’s easy to find what you need. But the staff can make the experience great or just so so. This staff makes it great!

This review is for the print and copy department…
I needed a few prints done and had a full-​sized PDF on a thumb drive. I wanted the image shrunk down so that two fit on a piece of letter paper and expected to have some struggles in explaining what I needed. Instead, the girl in the copy department setup my file in less than 30-​seconds and was a total pro.
The project turned out perfectly and I left very happy.

All Staples are the same. Uh no! The one on National was smaller and personable, this store is bigger and maybe too big for its own good. The National store called here to check inventory on a Digital Recorder and asked to bring item out to cashier because customer will come in 10 minutes.
When I walked in and asked customer service, «Did the National store just call about a Digital Recorder to be brought to the front cashier for pick up?» All 3 guys looked at me and thought I was speaking Swahili. No answer with a stare… One guy said, «You can check where the recorders are at in the back of the store.» Not very helpful, since they were talking about some personal weekend plans, I would have expected some better level of service. I eventually got one of the team leaders to help me out.
I only came to this store as a necessity and only would return if required again.
