This is my spot in Westwood when I am running around. It’s in a great location. The staff is always super friendly. I can charge my phone and lap top while surfing the net and watching/meeting beautiful women. I have never been in here for more than 15 minutes without seeing a gorgeous west LA woman!

Absolutely disgusted by this location. First of all the parking in the back is absolutely outrageous there was flooding and spilled drinks everywhere no one has clearly been out here in months to clean up. I go inside and asked the cashier what the caramelize honey latte tasted like he gave me a very short and bitter answer and barely explained what it tasted like he mumbled and I couldn’t hear a single word he said so I instead got a plain iced latte. Then I went to the pick up area he made my iced latte with an extreme amount of ice when I simply asked for light ice, instead of putting more coffee in the drink he filled the entire cup with plain milk which was disgusting and it didn’t even taste like coffee. On top of my order my boyfriend ordered a peach lemonade ice tea. The barista came over and told us they were out of lemonade after we already ordered it… he had to settle with another drink. After walking outside and wanting to sit down after the exhausting chaotic ordering and terrible customer service there were two people smoking, chain-smoking cigarettes outside blowing all of their smoke in our faces and they were right by the entrance doors. Will not be returning to this location.

Too little seatings, I was waiting for 15 minutes to sit, some people cut me off, and I had to remain in a standing area the rest of the time. Also, there’s a problem with the WiFi, when logging on, it doesn’t show the ‘terms and conditions’, so the connection is not secure.

I don’t understand how Starbucks could allow people to solicit in the stores. The stuff turns a blind eye. I’ve seen people get very uncomfortable because they’re being asked for a cash. I’m sure every person that walks into a store would buy a cup of coffee for someone who can’t afford it. However to allow people to ask for plain cash in the store is just a wrong. Whoever the manager for this particular store is, needs to get their customer service inline.

Why all the bad reviews?! They make my iced coffee with hazelnut and coconut milk perfect every time! And they seem to make the strongest americano I’ve ever had which is why I’m in here every other morning. It’s true though, it gets crazy in here in the mornings due to all the employees from across the street. So get here before 9am and you’ll be good with the line and parking situation. Another tip: if you have the Starbucks app, order via phone and pick it up in the store. You’ll be out of there in less than 2 min. You’re welcome.

Nice enough and right off Santa Monica Blvd. Parking at the back might be limited,(only 1 disabled parking space) depending on time of day but the side street could have spots. I prefer the padded seats vs the chairs for the longer stays.

I love Starbucks and I love the consistency you get even when it’s marginally off. But I agree with Florence L, all Starbucks locations are pretty much the same leaving us with little to review other than the physical establishment that the nice people at Starbucks corporate negotiated the hell out of to get a good 20 year lease. So how good is this place? Good enough to get a cup of coffee. PS for the Unilocal Staff, you don’t have to ask if Starbucks or McDonald’s accept credit cards, have bike parking, or offer wifi because I’m pretty sure they all do. Let’s work on that because 2016 and we want things to start off right.

Good location but hard on parking. Nice and fast service. Menu same as everywhere. My all favorite is Caramel machismo cold.

I work walking distance away from this Starbucks. So this is the one I usually come to when I’m feeling exhausted at 4PM. The parking situation looks terrible here and I normally would not stop here if I had to drive and park my car. It’s your standard Starbucks, with a few less seats than the other Starbucks I’ve been to. Not much to rave or complain about. Pretty standard inside. I’m just really excited it’s pumpkin spice everything season right now. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino for the first time yesterday and it was sugar heaven in a cup. Super sweet and delicious. Get it if you’re looking for a dessert, not a coffee.

Guy behind the counter was inattentive and distracted with his coworker while I was trying to place my order. I have never had such bad service at a Starbucks before. Also my pumpkin spice latte tasted like straight up plain iced coffee, do yourself a huge favor and never come to this location.

Bad customer service. Didn’t even greet my friend and I when we went in. Person behind counter just standing there talking to his coworker not paying attention didn’t even bother acknowledging us until we said something.

8÷18÷157:20am is exactly when I went into this Starbucks! I’ve NEVER been to a Starbucks with such BAD customer service ! I will never go here again and that’s thanks to the horrible cashiers and baristas they have there. First of all My boyfriend and I came in before the rush and the cashier immediately had a nasty attitude rushing us through our Order as if there were a million people in line then(impatiently staring at us like we’re stupid) She doesn’t hear me apparently when I ordered my bagel so we get our drinks and I’m unknowingly waiting for something that NEVER comes. Of course I say something and they all stop and roll their eyes as if if was my fault they didn’t hear me. That’s not even the worst part they make me wait in the back of the line for them to fix their mistake. Starbucks NEEDS to hire new cashiers not only one of them were rude but the entire staff that day. I understand it’s stressful when it’s busy and early in the morning but that’s no way to treat your customer. Very disappointed.

Very impersonal, factory like Starbucks. Employees unhappy but get their job done. They won’t remember or care about you. Forget about niceties like free ice water and getting you your iced coffee immediately. Also if you hestitate while you give your order they bark at you. What’s your name? Milisecond later: WHAT“S YOURNAME Lines are very long here due to the number of offices nearby but the wait time isnt too bad. the staff is efficient. Nice that they put the bathroom code on the bathroom. Dont go out of your way to come to this location — only if you live or work walking distance. nightmare small parking lot.

It was pretty empty when I went there in the afternoon for a cold drink. I wanted to customize a drink from the secret menu, but they didn’t have the hazelnut sauce to create the drink. The service was fast, but I wish I could get the drink that I originally wanted.

This Starbucks location on the relatively smaller side than most Starbucks locations. This location tends to get busy during the rush hour peak times; 8am to 11am. While it is on the smaller scale, there are tables and outdoor seating to sit along with outlets as well. This location has a backboard seating section with outlets provided underneath which is convenient. The staff here is pretty nice and polite especially when it is rush hour and the pressure is on to get everyone’s drinks done. The seating areas and tables are kept clean and maintained. The staff was also really good about checking out the condiments section and making sure it was stocked. This location like many other Starbucks has a bathroom as well. The restroom was also clean and maintained stocked with paper towels etc. Overall a decent location. It’s the closest location to Sepulveda/Santa Monica unless you drive up to Olympic/Sawtelle.

Technically I was not a customer here yesterday rainy evening. However, I was quite disappointed to have a staff member tossing a cup of coffee on the sidewalk along with the paper cup. Sure it was raining. No, it didn’t hit me during my run. However, if you’re going to clean up, clean up like you mean it. Clean up like how you’re supposed to. This happened at around 7:40pm. Unacceptable.

Some say all Starbucks are they same. Those people probably haven’t frequented as many locations as I have, or at least haven’t taken to the Internet to commend or complain. This location is across the street from my office building(21 floors) and across from 2 other tall commercial buildings. This means the people who work there fuel up here all the time. It opens at 4a which is good for early risers like myself. Service is friendly and brisk despite the frequent long lines. All in all, probably one of the better locations.

I don’t always review Starbucks, because hey, they’re pretty much all the same, but this one deserves it. Mostly to warn other people from going here, and hopefully to have the manager understand that he or she is doing a crap job at this place. First things first: it’s dirty. Probably one of the dirtier Starbucks I’ve been in. Without getting up, I can see stains on the floor, and bits of paper lying in various corners and underneath the milk and sugar counter. Then there’s the tables. They are nasty. Like the one I’m currently sitting on, it looks like some 5 year old kid had an art project on it. It seems to be full of glue and remainders to paper that has been ripped off. This thing should go straight to the junkyard. And this is not the only table that looks like this. Speaking of the milk and sugar counter, it’s out of various supplies, but instead of restocking it, there’s signs saying«we’re out». A responsible manager would not let this happen. Overall, this is about as shitty a Starbucks as you could imagine. Like, bottom 10% I’ve been in, and I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks. I hope the manager sees this and gets their ship in order.

Look, I get that it’s 6PM but really, how hard is it to make a cup of Decaf? At almost any Starbucks you visit in the late afternoon/early evening, they act like it’s akin to drawing plasma. Seriously? Don’t you think that late afternoon or early evening is when people are going to start wanting decaf? But no… there are only a few options. They’ll either brew you some decaff(which will take about 8 minutes) or they’ll make you a «decaf Americano». I’m never clear on the difference but whatever. Either way it sounds like they have to split the atom to make a cup of decaf. And when you finally DO get that slaved over cup of decaf, it’s full of coffee grounds. Ugh. Gross. So at this Starbucks location, I’d suck it up and take the caffeine. Ordering it any other way is sure to result in frustration.
