This place is an absolute horror show [in Starbucks terms]. Out of the 1000s of Starbucks in the world, he fu*ckin picks this one. For the love of — somethin. We ordered Fraps(I loathe you so, Starbucks. If you weren’t so tasty, Id skipped out a long time ago) — you are so tasty and sexy… Normally. Starbucks, honey, you had a bad hair day. D+

Worst Starbucks ever! Every one is so rude and unprofessional. I hate that it’s the only one close to my job! I wish they would train their staff at this Starbucks to be more professional.

Excellent service and they close at 8:40pm on Sunday’s :) everyone is really welcoming and I just loved the part that if you’re thirsty for some tea or in need for some caffeine this place is open until that time :)

By far the worse Starbucks I’ve been to. They don’t take Starbucks reward at all and they ran out of supplies to make a caramel frapp. You’re better off going down the street to the other Starbucks for coffee.

I made a quick stop for a drink and thought that I had walked into a McDonalds. First off, there is nothing neat about this Vons-owned Starbucks. The barista(Nelson) shoves the drinks like he was bowling, creating a mess over the little counter. More importantly, he doesn’t take the time to clean up the mess he left behind nor does he care to maintain a clean and safe environment. In the middle of this, one of the employees is moping the floor behind the counter with a gallon of soap in the water and the other two seem to be figured skating because of the slipperiness. Perhaps, this could be the reason why Nelson cannot properly serve a drink but rather to shove everything across the counter. There are tons of sleeves on the floor(why? Because of the bowling above) where someone could easily slip and fall. On my wait out, I stopped at the customer service which is just 20 feet away from SB and I asked her if there was anyone cleaning around the store. She seemed to be surprised. Seriously, she has to be blind not to see the mess. Do yourself a favor and drive two miles up north by the Children’s hospital.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. The worst service ever. There’s about 10 people in like and the cashier is taking 5 minutes to take one person’s order while playing catch up like she’s getting paid to catch up with people. As I’m waiting for my drink, the barista stops making drinks to make someone a free drink and pastry who just walked up to the pick up area. Which is why I waited approximately 20 minutes to even get my drink. If you’re going to give out free stuff, at least make the drinks for the customers who actually PAY. Ridiculous. I will never come back. Ever. Again.

Idiots here. Refuse to run your starbucks card even though they can from your card number. Often mis charge and overcharge me here. What started as a convenience has turned into consumer hatred !!
