1 star for service. i love this vons but your starbucks is a downgrade. came here today because the starbucks off hollywood and hillhurst was busy. ordered an espresso shot got it went to get half n half and the container was empty. which is fine because starbucks. you’re always busy. asked for half and half and the girl went to pour it for me which i thought was odd because most places just pass it to me to pour myself. asked to pour it myself and felt like i was committing a crime. i want to pour my own half and half what’s wrong with that? the other barista walked around to check on the half and half and shouted to her coworker«the half n half is right here» the other coworker was like«oh would you look at that?» guys, the half and half was empty. actually most of everything was empty restock your stations and don’t shame me for your irresponsibility i just asked for half and half this place could use people that give better service.

Not the most convenient Starbucks due to the lack of items available. Example no pastries, bold drip, stoppers or even cup sleeves. Disappointed

This location is inside the Vons on The Sunset and Hollywood intersection, and it’s very convenient for me, since it’s right by my place. They have special parking spots for Starbucks customers only, so you can get in and out quickly. The baristas are nice, and have always gotten my order right. Sometimes when it’s busy, they don’t have people working back there, and it takes a while to get your drinks, but otherwise solid.

I drink iced coffee from Starbucks at least 3 times a week so I am pretty familiar with how it should taste. Whatever it is that I received here doesn’t qualify as it tasted like burnt swamp water and was more expensive than in a stand alone Starbucks. The baristas need training pronto to make drinks that actually taste like coffee.

This starbucks doesn’t take starbucks reward cards which is absolutely ridiculous. They also couldn’t make a frappucino because they didn’t have supplies and they were out of cold brew & large straws. I just think for such a big corporation things like this should not be happening.

This Starbucks is routinely out of soy milk. This Starbucks is located in a GROCERY store. I had a gallon of soy milk in my hand that I just purchased and the cashier explained she wasn’t allowed to use it. Vons has a wall of soy milk, virtually every kind of soy milk imaginable. Given its location there no logical reason for this place to ever be out of anything.

If I could give no stars I would! Waited 15 minutes for drinks that weren’t even the size I paid for, THANKYOUPORSHA! And company because you had a long line then gave customers drinks that were not worth the wait

Love the fact that what ever Starbucks I go to my drink tastes exactly the same. Great location in Westwood next to the Fox Theater. Nice outdoor seating area and near Whole Foods. There is a Farmers Market on Thusday’s just down the street.

Wow, coming from a fellow Starbucks partner from Orange County: Do the baristas here hate their lives or are they just rude? Put a little pep in your step then maybe you might get a tip. *eye roll*

Worst location. Understaffed and low employee moral I feel is the reason for the poor quality of service.

This one is located inside of Von’s Market. I walked up to the counter & no one was there, only the young lady making the coffee. After about 45 seconds another woman comes walking up with a box & sets it on the counter & starts fiddling with the box, I’m still standing there. Another young woman comes walking up & starts looking around for something, the 1st woman asks her what she’s looking for, in low tones she tells her. The 1st woman, I suppose she’s the manager, says, ‘why are you looking for stuff when you have a customer at the counter?’ EXCUSEME?! I stood @ the counter for 45 seconds & you didn’t say SHIT to me, you didn’t even look up or acknowledge that I was standing there! Customer service/relations 101 states you always acknowledge the customer, even if you are busy. You greet them & let them know someone will be right with them. #FAIL on your part as a manager lady & then you try & chastise an employee? You need to be reprimanded yourself! Rude & unprofessional on your part.

I go to this starbucks a few times a week. It’s right down the street from where I live. The staff is usually very friendly, ofcourse there are some who just doesn’t understand customer service. My favorite barista has to be Quincy. He recognizes his customers and makes the best freaking macchiato!

My favorite place in LA to lay a nasty fart in — hands down! Never had the coffee, though I imagine all Starbucks are sort of like the others, but good Lord do I love cutting the cheese in this place. Silent but deadly folks, ya heard it here first!

Great personal and service. I ordered ice blended moca and it was really good. Cashier was a nice girl. The only downside is the size but if you are not looking to have a seat and drink than it is great place to pick up a coffee.

Pros: — closest Starbucks to the CHLA and HPMC — it is located in Vons, so there’s plenty of parking — accepts giftcards/Starbucks card as a form of payment — there are two small tables with two chairs each if you want to enjoy your coffee Cons: — prices here are about $ 0.25 more than your typical Starbucks — does not honor any free Starbucks drinks/food coupons

Attention Service Desk. 2…0…1 Repeat for 15 minutes once every 30 seconds Serves me right for thinking it a good idea to try to work here. WORSTIDEAEVER! What was I thinking!!! Service is hit or miss. Some baristas are super friendly… some will give you attitude if they didn’t get the order right and you ask for it to be fixed. Get in and take it to go. Extra point because they took my printed out coupon for a free drink whereas another location didn’t. That was cool :)

I love this Starbucks! The manager of the counter is the bomb! Sometimes theblines can get a little long because of the hospital folks coming for their caffeine, but it’s all good. The baristas are friendly and usually gets the drinks out quick.
