The poor barista did not appreciate the difference between brewed decaf and a pour-over. The lady handing out the orders was snippy. Come on Starbucks you are a coffee stop how hard is it to BREW a pot of decaf. Even gas stations have this. Teach your barista when a customer asks for a brewed cup of coffee a pour over is not the same.

This is thee worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The line was long(which is expected), but the team members did not take any urgency to make the drinks. One of them even answered her cell phone while she was making drinks. I am sure that is a health code issue. Speaking of health code issues, they were also chewing gum. So thank you for probably spitting in my burnt tasting latte.

One star because it’s the minimum, but one more because the cashier, Sam, was great — enthusiastic and fun. I knew the prices would be inflated, but $ 15 for a drink, a bottle of water, and a parfait, blew my mind. I just got my drink… But they’re out of mango flavoring(it’s only 10AM) and when I got the Strawberry Acai, it only came with the strawberry juice and no dried strawberries and acai. $ 4.63 for strawberry juice. Thanks! I would have been better off getting a peach black tea. Or nothing at all — the barista seemed to really not want me there… At all.

I would give it a negative if I could. I bought a southwest chipotle grilled chicken and then they told me they do not have a toaster. No toaster!!! I said out loud this is going to be gross and they didn’t even offer for me to exchange or return the untouched shit. Wtf am I going to do with a cold baguette?! If you can chew this I give you props! Anyways… Do not buy anything that requires heating! Lesson learned. Shortly after, I returned to buy their chocolate muffin… It wasn’t bad. They still did not offer to take back the damn baguette… Oh Starbucks…
