Leah and her team are as amazing as it gets — she assisted me every step of the way and patiently answered the endless amount of questions I had. They are extremely professional, have great customer service, and deliver high quality prints for great prices. I can’t wait to work with them again!

I’ve been getting prints done by Leah, Matt and their team at Static Medium for a few years now and have always had a great experience. They do a fantastic job and their response time is fast! The first time I visited, they even gave me a tour of the business. Everyone who works there is very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ultra high resolution photos of art pieces. Their printing quality is also second to none and pricing is definitely reasonable. If you want it done right, don’t think about going anywhere else!

S is for super!
During a recent project I had, I was in need of a local printer and turned to the googles to find one. Whenever possible, I always try to support a local business either in my neighborhood or close to it. This occasion was no different. Fortunately, I found Leah and Static Medium Print & Photo. After checking out their website and reading some of the reviews here on Unilocal — well, with the exclusion of Matt T.‘s review which sounds like it was written by a entitled millenial with no sense of preparation — I decided to contact SMPP and see what they had to say. Since, I was contacting them after hours, I decided to drop them an email via their info@ email address. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a response as I’ve encountered way too many businesses with websites that have similar «contact us» message boxes or email addresses and one rarely gets a response.
Thankfully, this time was different and while in the end I did not do any business with Static Medium, Leah’s responsiveness, friendly approach and refreshing professionalism is what brought me to write this review.
When Leah emailed me back, I told her what my project entailed and what I was looking to accomplish. Since I am a self-​admitted neophyte when it comes to image printing, I did not know that the image I had was not suitable for the project I had in mind. After a few emails back and forth, Leah explained to me the particulars of the process and even sent me a link to a quite informative article that explained to me in perfect detail what was needed in order to accomplish what I wanted to do. Needless to say, this was not only completely appreciated, it was surprising that she continued the conversation even while knowing that I would not need her services.
To be sure, I made a mental note of our interaction and looked forward to writing a review about her business and, ultimately, her professionalism. I hope that sometime in the near future, I’m able to get some work done by Leah and her company.

I’ve been producing digital art for going on 15 years, and over the years the technology keeps getting more amazing. These days, even some «mom & pop» shops can produce museum quality product but often will fail when it comes to customer service.
Living in the midwest, I’ve tried many different suppliers over the years and often the prices would just be out of control, or the finishing quality would be a little off.
Last year, an artist friend living in California recommended I try out Static Medium and I’m seriously glad I did. From the speed of printing and shipping, to the unreal quality of the printing and the surprisingly affordable pricing, I’ve been recommending Static to many of my friends.
You’d think factoring in shipping costs, it would be unreasonable to use an out of state printer, but it’s not! Factoring in all the variables I am really happy I have Static Medium as an option.

I have worked with Static Medium on a number of projects and have always been satisfied with their professionalism, speed, quality of work, and customer service. The first time my company did a job with them, one of the owners gave us a full tour of their studios. I was very impressed with the space and the wide range of services they can do on site. As a designer, it’s nice to know that this place exists, because I know that even for very unconventional print jobs, I’m totally covered.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Leah was insanely rude, unhelpful and I’ll add again, RUDE.
Poor quality all around and even worst costumer service — she put me in the worst situation ever and was absolutely nonplussed about it.
Its sad when you try to support small businesses and they do stuff like this.
To clarify — two days before I have to fly across the country for a show and everything is fine, my posters are on their way to being ready. ONE day, Leah tells me that I sent in the wrong folder (no big deal, I was about to send the right one) and instead of waiting 5 minutes for me to upload the right ones she just decides that they’re suddenly too busy and tells me she doesn’t have time to modify my file. I’d never asked her to do so and certainly never expect as I was ready to immediately supply the right folders.
Basically — they’re untrustworthy. Don’t put your money and art in their hands, they’ll screw you over.
