Very clean restaurant, excellent customer service Great food, love it. The only problem here is the neighborhood, and the parking lot, Besides that everything perfect.

One of Subway’s appeal is you’re able to walk away with a sandwich made exactly the way you want. So when it came time to add my vegetables and condiments and there was no ranch, no creamy Sriracha, no mayonnaise, no pepper, no honey mustard, I was basically ripped off as I walked away with a sandwich that I did not come in for. To top it off, the male employee who made my sandwich was quite smug at declaring he didn’t have the ingredients and exuded this«take it or leave it» attitude. I understand running out of a few things from time to time, and I’m usually a forgiving customer compared to most, but this place made me pay full price for a sandwich I almost didn’t want to take home. The female who rung me up at least apologized, played victim and blamed«management.» It was about 9 p.m. and I was starving, tired and had no energy to be difficult so I just went with it. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. UPDATE: I had the bubble guts 15 to 20 minutes after eating my sandwich. I got steak on Italian herbs and cheese with provolone, lettuce(which now that I think about it, I watched get scraped off from the bottom of the container), onion, green pepper, salt and on the side I got what I believe was the sweet onion sauce(it was the only sort of sauce they said they had left and I used it sparingly because I wasn’t really a fan). I sure hope this was an isolated case as I don’t come around this area often. Otherwise, I would advice anyone else to get themselves to the other Subway locations nearby. It seems like this particular Subway franchise is NOT making you eat FRESH at all.

One of the best Subways to go to, from the manager, to the employees making the sandwiches. This place is clean and everyone is friendly. The feature sandwich of the month, it’s the Italian B.M.T. Today, I order it with double meat and pepper jack cheese with extra jalapenos, olives, cucumbers, spinach, and avocado. The only problem here, it’s the parking lot. It’s always full and you have to park a block away.

I know this is a bad neighborhood but i should get the same customer service that I get in any location. I Order subway a lot especially when I don’t want to make dinner. Recently I’ve been getting a girl(Karolin) who takes my order and she is especially rude. Today I ordered online and when I arrived at the location they said they never received my order so I had to stand in line. The whole point of the ordering online is so we wouldn’t have to wait. Even though I had my confirmation email that I order and I verified the location was correct. She told me too bad and that there was nothing she could do. Instead of arguing with me she could have made my sandwich and been done faster. When I finally get help she said they only have wheat bread and no buffalo chicken. I asked if she could add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce but she said its different when its obviously the same thing. If I wanted the buffalo chicken she would charge me 8 dollars! It only cost 5 for the exact same thing. On my online order I added marinara but when I tried to add it they said no. The manager doesn’t let them. I work in customer service too and when a customer wants something that small I use my best judgement and make it happen. Something that wouldn’t cost them anything to give me could cost them a customer. When I was being charged I could hear one girl tell the other girl how difficult I was being in spanish right in front of me! I thought it couldn’t get any worse but when I got home my bread was so dry it crumbled.(I added pictures to this location) I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. This is by far the worse service Ive ever received.

So far, my wife and I have been coming here for a long time and recently the service has been bad. We had an app order, when we arrived to pick up our food they said that the order didn’t go through. So what now? I have proof that I ordered it and they kept on saying that it wasn’t their problem. That really got us upset. So please, if the owner or franchise please take a good look at this subway because it’s going down, especially that they never have anything… nothing.
