It doesnt get any better than this– to actually have a your own hidden health foods supplier run by a little old chinese man who speaks no english and also does acupuncture.
This place is hidden away on the corner of Manchester and Rayford drive in Westchester. You can buy here health foods like authentic bags of wheat germ, wheat bran, oats, flaxseeds, lecithin, essential oils, chinese products???, and many many vitamins and supplements. It is a tiny little store with one isle. Either the Chinese man or his wife are there, both hardly speak english but are Very Friendly.
Prices are CHEAP AND REASONABLE. The guy will also give you a deal/​bargain with you if you buy a lot of things.
Quality Products.
Parking in back, and it is never busy.
