The reason I give it a 3 is due to the parking spaces, nothing available, and the place is practically empty. Let’s get one towing service here, parking is for customers, What’s up with the manager in charge!!!

Rude customers. Food wasn’t even warm… More like room temperature… The lady who helped me was nice but got my name wrong… Had better taco bells. I will not return.

Although I prefer tacos and burritos from a local Mexican restaurant, I find Taco Bell’s chalupas irresistible. There is just something unique about the bread they use for them. They are nice and fluffy but at the same time, cripsy.

Ordered two quesalupa and these bastards put one tortilla that was left outside. The second one was good tho but for damn sure the idiots workin here isn’t gonna eat one of the trash quesalupa they gave me. Why don’t they just throw it out or give it to homeless ppl? Check your food for quality control

I have been going to this Taco Bell literally since I was in elementary. It’s nice to see they have remodel after looking like a cholo spot where the kickbacks were thrown. The reason why I gave it a star? Well it’s not because it’s Taco Bell is not fancy. It’s because every time I enter to order the happy hour $ 1 freeze Mountain Dew drink, they don’t have it. I am starting to believe this is a lie, and they just say that flavor doesn’t work so the other disgusting ones will sell. This has happen more then 3times already. Does Taco Bell employees do anything about it? Nope they simply let you know after you have made the purchase so instead of having $ 1 refund you get stuck choosing a disgusting flavor. For been Taco Bell they really can’t afford to pull this type of sh*t on people, because some one like me that goes there almost everyday is fed up and moving on to another everyday fast food.

Been here a few times after finding the location about a month ago. I love Taco Bell, so any interruptions of bad customer service will not keep me from coming back. However, I had 2 bad experiences here. One, my crunchy taco supremes barely had any meat inside & very sloppy job. I understand it is a fairly new place, but come on, seriously. The second time I ordered 6 tacos & specifically asked for hot sauce, got home trusting I would have a handful LIKEUSUAL, to find only 3 in my bag, that’s not even enough for 1 taco each. Both experiences ruined my excitement & appetite! Anyway, can’t complain about the location, the closest one to me in Ktown! 4-Stars because it’s Taco Bell. 1-Star for both experiences.

This is a post-renovation review. I still like it, but I didn’t see the same employees that used to work here. Missed them, just like I miss my old favorite old school Taco Bell.

This place just got renovated and looks pretty nice — almost a 2 story like structure. I guess its the company thing. but every time I ask for«extra hot sauce» their definition of «extra» is 2 packets. Example: I purchased 2 taco salad &112 taco night tacos, and in total I received less than 10 packets of sauces! — Seriously??? C’mon Taco Bell~! a little more sauces won’t hurt ya!(geeesh~!)

They are officially open for business. They did an excellent job remodeling the place. I went there today and ordered two chalupas and one soft taco. I was very satisfied with the taste of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. You can easily tell that they’re going through a few growing pains as a new business but I’m sure they’ll get better as time passes. Welcome back to Koreatown!

Taco Bell is pretty awesome. I was bummed when I saw that this location near my residence was shut down, as there are no other T-Bells nearby. So I went to the T-Bell by the Beverly Center for lunch today and saw the girl who used to work at the ktown location. We both recognized each other right away, which is kind of embarrassing. Anyways, she told me that the ktown location is only temporarily shut down for remodeling. Phew! Don’t worry everyone. The Ktown location will be back up in a few months!!!

Employees need work on customer service, place needs a remodeling. It’s so dirty and overly vandalized. Looks like shit. The food is ok though

Can I just say that this Taco Bell is the only one in the DTLA vicinity that is open at 11PM on a Friday night? My friends and I attempted to go to two other Taco Bells, one of which was non-existent and the other of which was closed(contrary to the times Unilocal posted). Area feels safe(K-town) and well-populated, and drive through was quick. I was pleased with my bean and cheese burritos and hot sauces in tow. Everyone left happy.

C’mon, it’s T-Bell! You can never go wrong with T-Bell, ever. Mexican pizzas, Nacho Belgrandes, tacos, chalupas and the list goes on. My mouth is watering just writing this review. I love it, I just don’t love this particular location. It’s not really accessible. Kind of obscure. And it closes by midnight! I’d love it if they extended the hours.

I cannot believe it took me 25 years to really try Taco Bell!!! My bf loves Taco Bell to the point that he can eat it every day. I was a skeptic, did not think it was worth a try because there are so many taco trucks, restaurants etc in the area. Finally I gave in one day and yup I’m hooked. I don’t eat meat so I substituted the meat for beans. BF recommended ordering all the tacos«supreme». I don’t know why but it’s fcking delicious. Knew I was hooked because I went out of my way to pick up Taco Bell for myself!(None for the bf lol!!) Happy hour on drinks in the afternoon. Have a pretty awesome dollar menu(love their tostada! No meat!) worker always hooks it up with A LOT of hot sauce! Will be returning for the rest of my life lol.

HAIR, HAIR, HAIR! Unfortunately this Taco Bell is the closest to where I live, because it’s not rare for the food to be served with a side of hair. It’s happened several times to me now, which means that it has likely happened to other customers, too. I’ve never been served hair at other Taco Bells in the area, so I try to avoid this location when possible, though the employees are nice. I urge the franchise owner and management to pay closer attention to the hygenic conditions in the kitchen.

Not that I’d expect better in terms of food, but yeah. I went in expecting trash, and what I got was shit. Oh well. Customer service was poor. Never again! My stomach deserves better! I have disrespected it for the last time. Tomorrow morning I’ll be paying for this visit.

For the nights when I don’t feel like cooking and when I’m broke… plus the guys here are too sweet and they always make sure to give me extra sauce plus they’re like a few blocks away Cons are it does look scary… I always end up locking my doors goin thru the drivethru… there r normally some kids out skating or w. e but they seem more harmleas than dangerous… I get in and get out… overall thanks for the great service guys !!

Burritos are fucking disgusting, but tacos are good. Fuck the skater kids who loiter out front. Especially the fat Mexican kid who clearly saw me trying to pull into the parking lot but stood there in the driveway like a fat Manny Pritchett trying to act like he moves for no one. Please, bitch. Those wheels are going to pop off at any second and your fat ass will roll onto 8th Street and get run over and your body will ooze like a disgusting Taco Bell burrito. The Nachos Bell Grande are great, by the way.
