i’m from oaxaca and i like to cook, i start cooking in 1995 at bossa nova brazilian restaurant after 16 years i move to the fairmont hotel at santa monica working in the banquets area and after 2 years i move to the four seasons hotel, then my partner and me have the idea to get a taco truck and serve the delicious oaxacan food.
