History

Established in 1968.

Luis Tamayo a master watchmaker, established Tamayo Jewelers on April 5^th, 1968 in El Mercado De Los Angeles. Over the last 4 and one half decades Tamayo Jewelers has provided the very best in workmanship, repairs, custom jewelry and customer service to Boyle Heights and the greater Los Angeles area.

Although Mr. Tamayo aka «Don Luis» as he was known to his customers is no longer with us, The Tamayo Family continues to operate Tamayo Jewelers. With renewed dedication and with the support of the community as well as family and friends, Tamayo Jewelers will continue to operate for decades to come.
