I spent a few weeks looking for the right therapist. When I spoke with Tamika, there was something different in her voice that made her stand out from the rest. Countless sessions later, I know I made the right choice. Tamika has been great! Excellent. She gives you honest, unbiased advice that comes from a very nurturing and sincere spirit. And what really inspires me is that she practices what she preaches. From her advice on dating to career to dietary suggestions — she’s looks for accountability in her clients as well as from herself. And it’s awesome to feel like someone is on the journey with you! I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for someone to listen.

In many ways Tamika has saved my relationship and my sanity! Last year I suffered an unexpected pulmonary embolism shortly after I recovered I started suffering from anxiety. She has helped me overcome a lot of things and most of all has taught me a lot of myself. I highly recomended Tamika, she is A-​mazing!
