Tara was our realtor for the sale of our last home in Encino’s Royal Oaks neighborhood and the purchase of our current home in the Longridge neighborhood of Sherman Oaks.

She knows the difference between a good house, which there are plenty of, and a great house which are fewer and farther between. She definitely found us a GREAT house — one that will be tough to ever leave!

I bought my first (and present) house with Tara’s help a couple of years ago. I was prepared for an intimidating and confusing process, as I’ve always heard that buying a house is one of the most stressful things one does in their lifetime.
Well, not only did Tara find me a house I fell in love with on the first day (no kidding) but she guided me through the home-​buying process with a matter-​of-​fact good humor that made the entire thing, well, easy. She’s knows her stuff, and is a great person to have on your side.
And after the purchase, she had great advice on renovations, and recommendations for good people to do the work. And she continues to be there if I need her — to this day.
I cannot recommend Tara highly enough. If I ever buy another property, there’s no question as to whom I would call. But I’m happy with the house I got, so I’m not going anywhere for a while.
