Established in 2006.

Taylor Perez started as an asset and investment research firm specializing in reverse engineering loans placed in Mortgage Backed Securities in 2006 founded by Devin «Taylor» Powell and Carlos Perez. Having witnessed first hand the devastation that affected the creditworthiness of millions of American’s and their ability to improve their quality of life we shifted our company focus.

We have the widest range of expertise when it comes to specializing in your individual credit needs. Not only through our affiliates do we have a combined total of 30 years experience in credit restoration and enhancements, but we are also proud to share our vast knowledge on business funding.
