The staff here was so wonderful! Incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgable. I oftentimes feel that places like Teavana can be a bit pretentious but the two ladies working there made me feel right at home! Would definitely come back just to support the people who work here.

I can’t go a day without my TEAVANNA Perfect Tea Maker. This tea maker has changed my world! The convenience is everything. You can’t beat the flavor selection available either. Some of my favorites are: –Mint Cacao black –Earl Grey –Earl Grey Crème –Pinapple Kona Pop –Blueberry Bliss I love going in to the store and sampling all the teas. The associates are very friendly and knowledgable about the teas. If you haven’t been yet, GO!

i was a fan of this place. the guy in front of the entrance handling tea to everyone was friendly and loves to joke and chat it up too. when i was inside i was helped right away and was friendly as well while i was being served. i pretty much knew what i wanted, i wanted the pineapple floral blooming tea and for sure before she served me she let me taste the sample and it was great. i had to get 2 oz of that asap. overall i got in quick and served and left. i was happy and the décor inside was nice and bright and they had a lot of merchandise to look at on display.

I love the fact that I can use my Starbucks rewards app here to rack up Stars :) and it definitely doesn’t hurt that they have amazing chai teas hot and iced. It’s a must have for every time I come to Beverly Center.

Jey was the bomb and spent so much time sharing her incredible knowledge and professionalism with us. We went home with a cast iron dragon tea set and three types of tea and a wonderful glow from the teas she made for us to sample. What a great experience we had compared to a Starbucks or other chain!!!

Was casually walking around the mall until I was hooked by the free samples. Man do they taste good. However they failed to mention that they sweeten them. I was under the impression that the tea tastes like the sample. They open up the canisters and throw the extravagant aroma in your face. So in my mind i was like oh man it smells so good and tastes so good give me 2 oz. of that amazing sample! When I ran home to make a cup it was almost bland compared to the sample. I was so disappointed I was sad. They are very sly sales(wo)men, as they tell you how to make it they recommend several of their other tea pots, cups and sets. I do however like their single serving teas you can buy. I’m not really a fan of buying 2 ounce of tea for ~20 bucks, even if they claim it makes several cups. When I make tea I nearly use half the bag. I don’t find myself making tea regularly, although I would like to pick up the habit. I can’t get into it, maybe its because I’m in my early 20’s. An annoyance I have is that they require you to buy 2 ounces of tea.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Worst customer service ever! I didn’t feel welcomed at all! Tell me why there would be 4 employees laughing and carrying on a conversation in the back while there was customers waiting in the store to be helped! I also ordered one of their teas and they also got that wrong! Ugh! Never again will I come back to this store! The one in the Glendale Galleria is WAYBETTER and WAYFRIENDLIER!

While Teavana offers a variety of different teas, my favorite one(by far) is Sakura Allure green tea. This tea is refreshing, sweet and enchanting — the combination of mango, cherry, rose and hibiscus makes me feel refreshed every time. I have tried this tea both iced and hot — it’s perfect either way. I like the selection of teas better at SerendipiTea than at Teavana. Nevertheless, Sakura Allure makes Teavana a worthy tea destination.

They have several tea samplers in the store, so you can actually taste the teas before you buy them. They also let you smell them, and if you’re still not sure what to pick, you can always just get a cup of freshly brewed tea instead of buying it by the ounce. I have to say the prices are a little bit too high for me.

I came in to buy some tea for myself. I usually go to a place in silverlake that is incredibly pretentious and overpriced. I won’t be going there anymore! Teavan has a huge selection of teas and blends. They have excellent customer service and great products. The people who helped me were very knowledgeable and weren’t pushy sales people, they made sure I got everything I needed.

I went to Teavana today expecting to buy a couple of teas and a Tea set for a very good friend of mine. I came out with 6 teas and 3 Tea sets as gifts for my very close friends who are tea enthusiasts and myself(just starting). The moment we walked in there, they were very friendly and welcoming. Jay was superb. She was very friendly, helpful and patient. Her boss was also very friendly. They helped me choose teas that i would actually like and let me know about the sale and specials they had going on. This place was very welcoming and homey. Their customer service is impeccable! It felt great to be there and I enjoyed smelling the teas and looking at their wonderful tea sets. I definitely will be coming back to fulfill my tea needs. Thank you so much Teavana for a marvelous first time experience. I’m looking forward to my second coming. Well done!

Love Teavana! I was a long time latte drinker, but realized that it wasn’t giving me any good health benefits. Hated the migraines I got due to the withdrawals in trying to quit. Fortunately, I found this wonderful place ;D Yes, I was given the whole speech by their sales people«do you have a teapot, we recommend the cast iron teapots as they give the full benefits of drinking tea» and«do you have a tin for that» every single time I come to purchase tea. However, I don’t really get bothered by it anymore since all you have to do is say, «No, thank you I already have plenty of them at home». I did purchase the Cherry Blossom Cast Iron Teapot, and when I first purchased it I was ecstatic, I loved everything about it. Unfortunately I may need to return it, the inside enamel is starting to come off and I don’t want rust on my tea. I’ve only had it a little over a month, so maybe it’s a defective pot. Either way I might opt out for a porcelain teapot. I’ll update this review if I do. Having said that, I do recommend this place. They are fully stocked with different kind of teas and they have a large selection of merchandise which include; teapots, coasters, cups, pitchers, tumblers and much more. Almost forgot to mention, they provide samples on their most popular teas. And if there is something that you want to try but don’t have to sample, you can purchase a cup of hot or iced tea that ranges from $ 3-$ 5 depending on the type of blend. Every time I visit the mall I have to stop by to get my son his favorite iced tea«Blueberry Bliss» :)

My first experience at Teavana was quite wonderful. I was shopping at the Beverly Center for Christmas presents, and my boyfriend asked that we drop by to see what they have for a possible gift for his mother. I hadn’t found the right present for her yet, and I know she likes tea so I was excited! We tried a few sample tea flavors, and we were impressed by how refreshing they taste. I looked at their merchandise, and found a beautiful tea canister to hold tea as well as a delicate, flowery tea cup set that were nearly sold out(I got the last one). When I took the items to the cashier, I saw the great selection of tea blends they had, but I had settled on the Peach Momotaro Artisan Tea because that was what I had sampled(and loved). It’s one of those blossoming teas, so they look so pretty as well! I ordered enough to fill up ¾ of the canister I bought, and as a service, the great gentleman working behind the counter gave me a few blossoming teas in the Pineapple flavor. So sweet! I believe I also received a 10% discount. :) To end my experience at Teavanna, they wrapped the gift in very pretty gift wrap, and I was out of their doors within 10 minutes with a great present for my boyfriend’s mother’s gift! The tea, the canister, and the tea cup set came out to be around $ 60. The tea is NOT cheap, but I assure you it is definitely worth it. I will be back to purchase tea at this location in the future, and I can’t wait to share more delicious flavors with you all here on Unilocal!:)
