Worst customer service ever!!!
After several back and forth texts during the day and 1 ½ hour travel (coming from Burbank) I finally show up at 6:07 pm. Only to hear «SORRY WE CLOSE AT 7pm and I need an hour to fix your screen»
Not only during the texts they never told me I needed to be there at least an hour before (I told them what needed to be done), but really? Because of 7min they’re gonna turn down my business and send me back home without even trying?
I even asked the guy twice to give it a shot because I drove in from far, he just didn’t care and period.
Will never come back!!!

Best spot ever to fix any cell phone in the market, will definitely come here again. Happy customer here. Give them a try.

Excellent service. I took my phone to have screen replaced they did a great job. They replaced it very quickly as i waited. The prices are very cheap and the staff are very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone needing cell phone repair. They also buy and sell phones.

My experience was a positive one. Described my problem and the knowledgeable staff confidently said they could fix it for a total that was less than one guy was going to charge me for the part alone. She said it would take an hour; they were done in less then 30 min. Phone looks as good as new. Hope I don’t need them again, but glad to have them as a resource if I do. 5 Star experience easy.

Horrible experience there’s a young man and girl there first off the young man told us that the boss was going to be there in 10 minutes we were there 30 minutes for him to tell us his boss was not coming in until 2 hours from then on top of that the girl was cussing and was unprofessional answering her phone while speaking to customers the whole 30? minutes we were there. Horrible customer service and they don’t have the person who repairs the phones when they’re open. Waste of time.

Sometimes they don’t have the best customer service but i’ve always been pleased with the end product. They are much better than the gentrifying businesses down the street. They’re also Manchester United fans, which is regrettable and a poor choice to make when selecting an EPL team to support, but they’re still a cool business.

Had to go back my phone was completely ruined. I don’t recommend this place

I needed two Samsung galaxy unlocked and they got it done within 30 min. They also have phones and tablets to sell. I’d definitely come back.

Worst Experience ever…
(If you don’t want to read my whole experience go all the way down to the bold letters)
Starts with my wife calling the place to see how much an iPad2 screen replacement would cost, she was told $ 80, decided to drop it off on Sunday at 3pm, told it would be ready at 6 and with a white screen since they didn’t have black… Around 5 I got a call saying they accidently broke the home button so it would be done till Monday at 3Pm (no extra charge). I was ok with that…
Monday my wife calls over and over again only to have every single call sent to voice mail and rejected… I had to go to the store to see what was going on only to find out the iPad will not be done till Tuesday because the guy that had to pick up the new home button was not answering, (the white screen was on already)…
Tuesday all calls where rejected both mine and my wife’s, had to show up to see what was going on again, it was closed… When we finally got a hold of someone we were told that the place did not open due to family problems, and it would not be done till Wednesday…
Wednesday my wife calls to see around what time the iPad would be done, and was told it would be ready around 3pm… I called around 1 to make sure it would be done on time, I was assured it would be… Also asked the guys if any discount or offer was going to be given for the extra delay… The guy I spoke to said that it would be $ 90 with no discount, after telling him that my wife was first quoted $ 80 he said he would have to confirm the price and see what he could do… When my wife calls him he tells her it will be $ 80 with no discount since it was supposed to have been 90… My father in law finally went to pick it up (I was working and my wife was no where near) and was told that it was going to be $ 90, after getting my wife on the phone we ended up paying $ 80…
I FINALLY GET THE IPAD AND THE SCREEN IS BLACK WITH A COUPLE WELL NOTICED SCRATCHES AND NEW DENTS ON THE ACTUAL IPAD… THE NEW HOME BUTTON ONLY WORKS ABOUT 50% OF THE TIME… AND THE SCREEN GLITCHES COLORS… I DON’T EVEN WANT TO TAKE IT BACK TO THEM FOR A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!

Good service, and friendly staff. I have been going to THE CELLPHONE SPOT L. A for quite a while now and I got to say it’s the best spot for fix ups, and the prices are hands down good. He has fixed my galaxy S3, Nexus 5, HTC DROID DNA, and there much more I will take to him. I recommend this spot.

I found them on Facebook. Really great and fast same day service. I like that the work they do comes quoth warranty so you don’t have to worry about them doing a bad job or anything like that cause they back it up. you guys can’t go wrong :)

Homeboy did a great job on my Note2 crack screen, not to mentioned he cleaned the bad ime I had in my other Note. Great service, well recommend

Initally plan was to come here for a quick fix or to root my phone since it does not load. Specifically, it was for an s3 that would not load pass the sansumg galaxy s3 screen. After few attempts, the fix was a fail however, Kris was able to replace the motherboard at a reasonable price. I’m sure I got a great price because elsewhere would charge $ 60+. The replacement was quick and my phone is now back in order. I’m not from the area but it was a good experience and a positive turn out.
