Standard coffee bean. Indoor seating is limited so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a lot of studying to do or if you are looking for a place to sit and hang. Street parking is available… but it is difficult to find which is standard for Westwood. Staff is satisfactory. Nothing to write home about. But again… pretty standard coffee bean.

Feels like a library café. bench seats and geeky ucla kids. hard to find street parking in the outside seating.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all it had a B rating. How does a coffee shop get a B rating? Second, The girl behind the cash register couldn’t figure out how to make a sale so it took the girl in front of me 10 minutes just to order tea. Then they finally took my order. I ordered a simple latte and the guy behind me ordered a large blended drink and they decided to make me wait and make the blended drink for the guy who was AFTER me in line first. Then they told me to chill out when I asked where my drink was politely. By this time I had already waited quietly for a while just trying to give them my order. The customer service is terrible. I was a barista so I know how shitty the job can be, but this was unacceptable behavior on their parts given how much attitude they gave me for even inquiring where my drink was. I had every right to ask since they served the customers behind me before they would serve me, and all I ordered was a latte. You make the lattes first then the blended drinks, especially if it was ordered in that order. The two girls working were the worst. They should be fired. The guy who took my order was cool. Don’t come here. Shittiest location ever.

I’ve never rate a Coffee Bean because they’re everywhere and I assume they’re pretty much the same. I love the 2 Guys working there last night though so I was inspired to write this. It’s kind of small though so it’s a hit or miss to find a table inside. Outside area is nice during the day!

Great place, staff, sunniest patio in town! Company needs to strengthen its wifi, though. Starbuck’s locks on, but here the wifi succumbs to the others in Westwood, leading to no wifi connection.

It’s okay, not my favorite location. Maybe it’s BC I’m not a regular but I didn’t really feel the vibe of the employees however… The chairs are sooooo comfy! Seriously.

Came here a few times since I had training next door… it was national coffee day so i ordered a medium coffee and asked if it was half off since there was a sign outside… but they said its only for iced coffee so they werent able give me the discount… its national coffee day dude!!! this company is crazy. prices are a bit high as well, and refill is a $ 1.00(starbucks is free). My loyalty is with starbucks because they take care of me(the customer). please learn some tips from the starbucks company model.

I wish the staff had some manners ! We went in for a cup of coffee and asked for the receipt which apparently will take longer because the machine doesn’t work but are you kidding me? She did not punch in the receipt. Do we look like fools? Upon asking the code for the restroom she deliberately told us the wrong code. Such people should be taught a lesson but I had no time to waste on teaching her any manners, I leave it to karma

Great location with fantastic staff and great coffee! Parking can be a pain, but they have plenty of indoor as well as outdoor seating. My blended ultimate extreme mocha was perfect as usual. Clean and well kept location, coffee fueled me through the rest of a long day. My favorite chain coffee by far!

I’ve concluded that the staff here have NEVER been trained in customer service. I usually come for coffee because of its location and never once have I seen the staff friendly. No greeting no thank you no nothing. First of all, 9⁄10 times they just put your drink on the counter when done, no calling your name no acknowledging you in any way even if you’re the only one there. I usually overlook that and get on with my day but today, the girl taking my order seemed annoyed that I didn’t really know how to order at coffee bean(I’m usually an SB junkie)… I asked for a ‘white chocolate mocha hot’ and she kinda looks at me and said loudly ‘white chocolate mocha WHAAAT?’. Well EXCUSEME but that’s usually what I get at other coffee places no need to get rude –_– Then when I said light on the whip cream and she was like ‘there is no whip cream? There’s foam…’ in a smart@ kinda way. Then I grabbed what I thought to be my drink since no names were called and when I sat down, this same chick called out ‘HEYTHAT’S NOTYOURS’ like I had just shoplifted. I took it back and then waited for my own drink which is of course just placed on the counter with my name spelled ‘Trina’. 2 stars for the convenient location when I’m desperate for caffeine though. The place is tiny and cramped, the staff are unfriendly, drinks not even that great here – seriously get your crap together otherwise you haven’t much going for you.

Indoor and outdoor seating at a busy corner in Westwood; don’t count on getting a seat when you stop by. I’m currently sitting between two people who only ordered water and have set up camp with their laptops and food from home. Employees are friendly and helpful about taking orders. I’ve noticed a few times when staff is limited to two people that things can get pretty slow and disorganized behind the counter. Restocking becomes an issue then too — nearly empty pastry cases, displays of water and juice, etc. They make up for it as best they can, and at peak hours there are always plenty of staff around to make sure this doesn’t happen. A good stop for when you’re on the go and don’t need a place to sit.

Pleasant staff and excellent outdoor seating area! Love that they serve the double expressos in little glasses. The bathroom has a lock so it’s cleaner than most! Thanks for the caffeine buzz!

My favorite«candy» coffee drink is at Coffee Bean. It’s called THEULTIMATE. Similar to a mocha frap but with grinded coffee beans sprinkled on top. I wish it rained grinded coffee beans sometimes. One low-key trick I do differently is ask for the Dark Chocolate version. It makes the ultimate ultimaterer. I’m pretty sure that’s a word. Tight, busy, and tight… and busy… kept getting bumped backwards and forwards in line, I can’t say I didn’t have a stress-free time. Coffee was fine, workers were kind, and service was pretty fast. It reminded me of waiting for Disneyland rides … long and sometimes painful for a 2-minute thrill. What did I wait in line for? I guess I’ll have to wait in line again to remember.

Love the location. Has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is at the corner of Westwood and Weyburn. Service is fast. Downside is that seating is limited so you may have to take your coffee to go. I always get the chai tea latte here. It’s delicious!

Grumpy and sipping my coffee. Monday morning. Lots of middle eastern businessmen, students, travelers, and lots of motherfuckin foot traffic. Only a few plugs, so if you have an old ass computer like mine you could be shit out of luck. Lots of outdoors seating though. I think people live here. I mean, its like the outdoor living room for these people. Thats great. Better than a damn overpriced LA bar. Yes, still grumpy. Parking lot is big. $ 1.95 medium coffee It’s too hot today.
