Quick update. Last year Victoria helped me and gave an excellent service. Very helpful, i gave 5 stars; however, past 2 times which was before Christmas and Today I was very disappointed in service from 2 different guys. I don’t know why these guys had arrogant attitude. I am very picky but i am very quick what i want and I buy right away thank and leave. But next time when i go definitely I am gonna go only to Victoria if she is not there i am gonna shop online.

I concur! Great customer service! I ordered a button up shirt from the on-line Ferrari Store so I could wear it at the Sonoma Raceway — 2015 Ferrari Challenge. I utilized the size guide on the website and it specified that I needed a XXL instead of my usual XL. When I received the package from Italy, I put the shirt on and found that the shirt was way too large. So… I was now in a bind, I realized that even if I tried, I wouldn’t get a replacement shirt before the day of the event. I called the Las Vegas — Ferrari Store and they didn’t have the shirts in stock yet. I called the Beverly Hills — Ferrari Store and spoke to Victoria. She not only said that they had the XL shirt in stock but she kindly sent me a photo of it to make sure that it was the exact one I was looking for. I received the shirt this past Friday. After a short time, I received a call from Victoria. She called to ensure that I indeed received the shirt and that I was happy with the fit! As simple as that was to do, in my opinion, that was above and beyond what I was expecting for customer service. Thanks Victoria! You guys pulled through for me!

All I can say is: I love this store. The customer service is fantastic and compared to other stores and the fact that it’s in Beverly Hills; prices are reasonable. Love love love!

Really love this store(its the ONLY actuall Ferrari store in CA, the other closest one is in Miami i think). This is the perfect shop for the Ferrari enthusiasts. They carry everything from clothing, shoes and accesories. The workers are friendly and service is boyond amazing. I really liked their Ferrari hi-top sneakers but they didnt have the color & the right size. But the guy working there was kind enough to get me the details of the shoe. I ordered the right size from the ferrari website and i love it ! Will definetly be back.

Talk about overpriced. Really cool gear in this store, but if you take a closer look at all the tags, everything is made in china, indonesia, or mexico and really not worth the money. It is really cool how they have gear made from the same materials Ferrari uses in their cars, and I do like the Formula 1 car in the store. If you’re a Ferrari afficionado, this is the place for you.

What’s this? Can it be? Yes!!! What an incredible surprise to turn the corner and see a Ferrari F2004 Formula 1 car in the window. A real modern day Ferrari Formula 1 car! This alone is worth the trip. And they currently have a 2001 Season F1 motor for sale which is on display. I am a big F1 fan, and this is the closest I have ever been to a real F1 car and motor. Too much!!! If you are looking for Ferrari or Ferrari F1 gear this is the place to be. Products range from basics to very high end Ferrari label clothing. As many of these items are typically only found conveniently on line for Americans, it is really valuable to see and feel the clothing up close. I had to exercise a lot of restraint during my time there, and the staff was very cool with that. They not only gave a break down of everything I asked about in the store, but also were kind enough to mention things that may be coming soon. Regarding comments on price, much of what they offer is in line with everywhere else in upscale West LA retail. The staff is super friendly and has a remarkable knowledge of Ferrari and Formula 1. They were very open to talking over the latest in the world of Ferrari. Good stuff as opposed to some specialty shops where the staff is really not into what they are presenting. Job well done and hats off to Ferrari for giving this a shot! Now get all The Tifosi and Ferrari owners ’round here to stop by because if this store should be anywhere in the US, it should be here in LA.

Being a Ferrari fan I was pre-sold on this store. The reviews saying it is kind of expensive are right, but the products are of really good quality and they have a very large selection for every fan. Customer service is excellent. The person who helped me made every effort to find sizes in the back. I’ll go there again for sure.

Ya, Pricing is a little up there, depending upon where you look. but for the most part, items are fairly reasonable compared to other high-end retail stores such as Gucci and Chanel. which are both located in the same mall. And for those who are confused, most Los«Angelians» prefer a little more excitement when it comes to racing cars than Nas Car has to offer! Hence F1. most of the items carried in the store are based around Formaula One, and clientele seems to be either out of country tourists, or local owners and families. Which i guess works out great for them. Either way Check out the store see if you feel the same way. you could walk out, a new fan of formula one with some great gear to show off your new team at the races!

I totally didn’t understand the reasoning behind this store? Is this supposed to be like Apple? Are they trying to build an exclusive community of loyal and hardcore Ferrari enthusiasts who can’t wait to show off their Ferrari? If so, I hope they understand that nobody can afford their expensive gear, let alone the car itself. Ferrari is european, and this store is out of place. It’s America, we like Nascar here! Right? In any case, I wasn’t surprised by the good service since the store is empty and the workers are probably dying to talk to a customer or clean up a mess somewhere. It’s a matter of time before this expensive awareness-campaign dies out. Goodluck, Ferrari!

I came, I saw, ‘tho tempting, I didn’t buy anything… The store’s inside the BH Center, they have a F1 car by the store window so you can’t miss it. Everything inside is Ferrari price, hats and some shirts aren’t priced too bad. Would have picked up a hat, but i’m no poser. I was looking for some keys and saw they had the silver 360 key, the silver, and red Enzo keys… they’re «replica» meaning they have been cut, no blanks here, and at a price of $ 190+ I’ll save my pennies.
