The Hidden Garden Floral Designs

Bought flowers here over the years so I sent my son here today to pick up some for a promposal. Guess they could tell he hadn’t bought flowers before. Not the freshest half dozen roses but worse was they didn’t even put them in cellophane or put a ribbon on them as a courtesy. Just a plastic sleeve. Looked like they were cut from someones yard. My wife had to rewrap them so he wouldn’t embarrass himself. Does cellophane, babies breath and a ribbon cost extra now?

For my 40^th Birthday I received 2 arrangements from Hidden Garden and they were very different and both VERY beautiful. The flowers, the succulents, the vases were all incredible. On the delivery date it was pouring rain and we live on a walk street at the beach so the parking is horrible however the delivery guy arrived with a smile and even brought a towel so he could dry off the pots before bringing them in our home. It’s been a full month later and my succulent arrangement is alive and happy and still looking great!

Everyone here was super friendly! I ordered on the phone but for pick up. They let the designers choose your arrangement and they are absolutely beautiful! I came in to get my order and it was kinda heavy so they helped me load the box in the car. I would definitely order here again!

I have a very dear friend who needed a boost. Problem: She lives in LA. I live on the East coast. I wanted the flowers to be extra special. The Hidden Garden was a dream to work with. Thoughtful, knowledgable and very professional. Flowers were ‘gorgeous’ according to my friend and just the thing to brighten her day. I will definitely use The Hidden Garden again.

I reside on the east coast and wanted to send flowers to a long time friend in LA. I landed, thanks to Google, at the Hidden Garden. Excellent service but the icing on the cake was to receive a phone call, from the recipient saying the flowers were spectacular! I would not hesitate to rely on them again.

I love, love, love Hidden Garden! If you are looking to send the most beautiful flowers or have a special occasion they are amazing! This was my first time ordering from them! They made the table center pieces and the table come to life! It was so beautiful! Thank you so much Hidden Garden you helped make my daughters shower gorgeous! Also the sales person that took my request was so helpful and kind, she walked me through my vision and they turned out just as I imagined! Everyone complimented me on the flowers and asked where they came from! Thank you for making me look so good! :)

Long overdue review, but this post goes back to Valentines Day.
What exceptional service I received from the Hidden Garden team. Not only were they friendly and polite, but was able to get exactly what I needed! My wife likes a very particular flower, the Sterling Rose. As some may know, Sterlings are actually very hard to find and source, and in years past with other companies, who shall remain unnamed, try to send knock off Lavender roses, which although are pretty, are not the same as Sterlings, especially when they charge a «premium» price for them.
Hidden Garden however not only promised and delivered true Sterling roses at a very reasonable price, but delivered a beautiful and amazing arrangement! it was way more than I was expecting, something that you would expect to see at a high end wedding (which they do very well too from personal experience). The delivery man was very friendly and polite to my wife when dropping them of, really completing the overall experience.
I will continue to use Hidden Garden for all floral related needs!

Kristin is amazing! She’s super helpful and patient. I needed prom boutonnières and I didn’t know what I wanted but Kristin helped me through it, showing me the different types of flowers and arrangements for it. They were also really efficient! One boutonnière didn’t turn out the way I had expected but when I voiced my concerns they fixed it within 2 hours. 5 stars for their customer service and efficiency. Their prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely come to them for any of my floral needs!

Taylor saved my life! After months of planning, at the last minute I am not able to travel to California to host my son’s fiancée’s Bridal Tea all set for this Saturday at the Hotel Bel-​Air. My plan for custom floral arrangements in Connecticut pewter could not happen (that florist is in Ventura) and the party is on Mother’s Day Weekend! Giving Taylor a 2-​day notice, I didn’t hold out much hope. But she not only designed gorgeous table décor, she will see it delivered and set up on our reserved space in the hotel terrace. She was also really nice in a difficult situation. Whew! With everything else perfect, I so wanted the tables to be beautiful too. Thank-​you Taylor, and thank-​you Catering Manager Yeemin Woo for sending me her way.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Hidden Garden. Amazing, professional, artistic, personable, … you feel like you’re so totally being taken care of, better than if your best friend in the world would. I walked in off the street, asked for an arrangement, explained colors, etc. and in no time they suggested, showed me flowers, and I was out the door in less than 15 min.
Later the bouquet came and WOW! It is incredible. Yellow and orange roses, yellow callas, 4 blue hydrangeas. just beautifully arranged. The following day two of the hydrangeas died and I sent them photos. NO PROBLEMS! The following business day a new arrangement arrived and they let me keep the old one, to enjoy as well.
No arguments, no «well, did you change the water…» Just a sincere apology and a new arrangement.
I’m never going anywhere else and I’ve given my boyfriend their site with instructions to use no one else. :) A lady knows what she likes! My sister is a marketing director for a large entertainment firm, she has «orders» from her bossy big sister (me) to use The Hidden Garden.
You can’t go wrong here. If you’re clueless, have no idea of what you want or why you want it, Trish and her team will make you happier than you could have imagined. Need a really impressive «I’m sorry» or «You’re the cream in my coffee»? The message will be beautifully and elegantly clear. Really wonderful, can’t say enough… so I’ll shut up. :)

We’re sorry we couldn’t get this email to you sooner, as we were in Fiji for the last week, and just moved out to New York yesterday! Even yesterday morning as my mom drove us to the airport, we were still talking about the flowers. I could never have pictured a more beautiful mantle in that crystal ballroom — I wish I could have taken that whole set up home with me! That night, the candles just glowed and the colors of those flowers bounced off that fireplace. Every single table we went to during dinner complimented the flower centerpieces. Combined with the candles, the effect was stunning. As soon as we get the professional pictures, I will send some your way. I want you (and your entire hardworking team) to see just how beautiful it all was that evening. And the huge arrangement in the main lobby! Thank you so much for pulling that off! It was the first thing every guest saw as they walked in and it was so impressive. Your talented eye for color came through in choosing the exact shades of flowers that gave our wedding the feeling it did. Daniel’s mom said it perfectly: we got a lot of compliments on the wedding, but the number one compliment that stands out to all of us was how beautiful the flowers were.
Anyways, thanks again to you and your entire team at The Hidden Garden for everything. The flowers were truly spectacular, and they are such a big part of our memory of the best day of our lives. I L-​O-​V-​E this florist — they have the most beautiful bouquets, they are true artists!

You can’t do better than this. I send my daughter roses on her birthday every year and they are always stunning. This years selection looks as good on day 5 as they did when delivered.

I live in Northern California and needed to send a cake and flowers in Los Angeles. Now seperately, it was easy to find a florist and easy to find a bakery that delivers. However, the combo, was near impossible… that was until I called Trishia at Hidden Garden. I gave her my budget, told her my needs, and even requested a cake with fresh mangos.
Not only was she able to make it happen, she was able to make it happen in style!
Also, her response time is amazing via both phone and email.
Since I’m not located in the area, she even sent me a picture of the flowers and cake before they were sent off for delivery.
Love Trisha and will be using her for all my floral needs in Los Angeles!

I came in to speak with The Hidden Garden about the floral arrangements for my upcoming wedding. I left the shop completely giddy and more excited about the wedding than any other wedding vendor experience so far — including getting my wedding dress!
When I spoke with Trisha she spent a lot of time listening to my ideas and figuring out the style and atmosphere of the event. I didn’t feel rushed or out of my comfort zone, even though I know nothing about flowers. If I didn’t know what a certain flower she suggested was, she would run and grab one to show me to help me understand her vision. No egos here!
Something that stood out to me was a point at which I asked if I should maybe have a floral arrangement in a certain area, and she said she thought maybe a collection of vintage items or a sign, but not flowers. It was a moment that she could totally have up-​sold me, but she genuinely wanted to help me find a beautiful solution that would work best for the event, not for her.
These guys (and gals) are organized, considerate, legit craftsmen. I’m in love with this shop, and it’s a big reason I can’t wait for my wedding!

I come from a family with florist, so when you write a 5 star review for a florist, you know they really impressed you!
I never liked going to a flower shop to get flowers because I felt like its a rip off. I heard of Hidden Garden because I believe the owner came to the store I worked at and the conversation came up and she said she was a florist. I asked for a business card, ever since than I’ve been obsessed with all the floral designs they’d do! I’d look at their blog time to time to see whats new, they just blew my mind away.
It was my boss’s birthday and I thought why not give them a shot. I called a day before and I’m pretty picky so I told them what style i wanted and colors. When i went to pick it up, at first I was nervous to see if they were nice. Once I pulled up I saw how cute the place was, I already had a feeling that I was going to be satisfied.
I went inside and I got my flowers and I honestly was so happy with it. I wanted to keep it for myself lol. Once I took it to work everyone was just so amazed on how beautiful the flowers were. I am happy to FINALLY find a flower shop I can go to for special occasions.

Go here. You will be satisfied. This place is worth every penny every time. It may be twice the price of whatever you can buy at the checkout line at Ralph’s, but seriously, don’t even bother with that stuff. Go here instead. The arrangements are in another league entirely and almost always last three times as long (usually 2 weeks!)
Everything about this place is excellent, it has become my go-​to florist. I don’t need to repeat it but their arrangements are beautiful and perfectly balanced. If that wasn’t enough they have almost perfect intuition. They have a very thorough range of flowers and vases and are able to accommodate any style or taste. Each time I go there I call in advance and order with a generally vague description and when I show up they’ve put together exactly what I wanted despite my best efforts to thwart them. They remember who I am and while they always seem to be busy they’re polite and will quickly and happily take your order.
A few tips.
If you call ahead they will happily take your order and will somehow read your mind to give you exactly what they want.
If you want to show up they’ll allow you to select a vase but you’ll be waiting ~20 to 30 minutes. There’s food in the area.
Parking isn’t great, but you can usually get something. Also traffic is pretty bad from 4 to 5, but that’s LA.
