This place is hands down AMAZING! Let me start off by saying I am not vegan/vegetarian. I looooove chicken and pork, but these panini’s ARESODAMGREAT. They don’t need meat at all. The veggies are fresh and organic and the soups are soooo good. I will choose this place over a meat meal anyday. They also carry salads such as chickpea kale, Spanish and Asain quinoa and they are so filling and delicious! I recommend if you are in the neighborhood.

This panini place is really stellar. For seven bucks, I had a fresh-tasting panini with cheese, dressing, tomatoes, and basil. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh, and the plump tomatoes burst with flavor. One panini took about ten minutes to be made which also makes me think these are very fresh sandwiches. The cashier was helpful and friendly, and seemed grateful for our business. Seating is limited to two outdoor tables, but downtown LA is for walkers anyway!

LOVE this place! Super cheap paninis(under $ 7) and they’re delicious! The staff is always super friendly and makes your panini exactly how you want it, even if it’s not the exact sandwich on the menu. I love the pesto, it’s so good.

I realize some people don’t like the fact that this place is essentially a panini in and of itself — a bunch of vegetables and vegetable friendly stuff squeezed between two tiny vegetable stuff holders. So right, there’s no sitting room, there’s barely any standing room. But… as I driving along during my usual busy day, I thought to myself… Self, wouldn’t it be dopetastic if there were just some place I can run in and just get a damn vegan sammich at?(yes, I speak like a failed attempt at cool-kid lingo in a Lifetime special). So I take out my holding-strong Droid SIII and pulled up my maps, and BAM… mofriken panini. I get there around 12:30 p.m., luckily there was only one other person waiting for their panini, so the wait wasn’t long. I ordered the #4 KALEidoscope garden of baby vegan kitten purrs(not the actual name, but you can have that, The Panini Stop) and soup. Well, they’re out of the soup so I curse the heavens and stick with #4 baby kitten purrs. Cool homedude providing me with nutrition gave me the tiny last bit of soup to taste… a million puppy dogs happily bouncing on my tongue. As he’s adding unicorn kisses into my sammich, he asks if I want Sriracha because it tastes better that way. Mofriken, duh! Who is this guy? Awesome. That’s who. ANDTHEN, my friends… I notice that the cutting board he’s using says«Vegan only» So I’m at the point of licking the walls now, right, because c’mon… you give me the last of your soup, you add unicorn kisses to my sammich, you only take $ 7 of my monies AND you make sure to care about me being a pain in the ass vegan that doesn’t want her kale touching cow mom juices? I’m having a Panini baby right now. Gonna start a Panini family, get me some of them dopetastic ass car stickers.

Located on the southeast corner of Spring and 7th, you’ll note this is a tiny vegetarian shop located next to a juicery. Upon entry you’ll find little room to stand in, for no more than 3 standing people. It’s that tiny, and without seating space. As for their short and sweet menu, I was surprised to find that for $ 6.54 I was full of veggies covered by a warm panini bread. Although on the menu, the gentlemen who makes the sandwiches was straight forward in asking for a few minutes to make the panini. I let him make the sandwich, and looked for something to do or somewhere to sit during this time. Realizing how tiny this shop was, all I could muster was the bench at the nearby juicery, which was a bit discomforting as I realized I wouldn’t have a table to eat this at. It dawned on me that not only would parking be an issue here, but it would only best serve patrons who would get a sandwich to go. With simply bar stools and a great deal of sidewalk traffic, one can’t enjoy a simple sandwich. Returning about eight minutes later, I paid a lovely $ 6.54 for the panini. It’s a great deal. What’s not a great deal, however, is that the veggies inside were still cold while the bread was quite hot. I shouldn’t complain considering the time it took to make, along with the price. However, when other operations may offer slightly costlier alternatives and variety, I worry this place may be at a loss. I do hope to try it again, and enjoy it for it’s vegetarian made-to-order goodness, and have a much better experience.

This place is amazing, I discovered it a few weeks ago and have been back so many times already. All Vegan & Vegetarian AND its absolutely delicious. 6 types of sandwiches and a few soup/salad options. #2 is my fave, but they are all good so are the salads. $ 6 for a fresh panini is a steal and a half sandwich is actually enough for me at that is only $ 3.50!!!

This place might be small. But they have amazingly fresh made sandwiches with two vegan options as well. They take 7 – 10 minutes because they make it right in front of you. Everyone should be coming to this place! Also — happy hour 5pm till closing on all their sandwiches.

This place needs more love. The sandwiches are fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. The #1(Caprese) is good, but oh lawwd, the #2(Pesto, cucumber, feta, etc.) is where it’s at. The first time I went here on a whim while walking by, and afterwards I was craving it for the next few weeks. Good thing I live nearby! Next time I’ll try the Juice Place next door as well.

Absolutely great and quick sandwich stop. Non pretentious, easy vibe and average priced. Not expensive at all. I had the panini with mushroom and mozzarella(I think it was the number three) and I added avocado late but the really sweet counter girl did not charge me for adding it, so I left a tip for her. Such a great afternoon lunch. I was satisfied but I definitely wanted another for later.

I really enjoyed my panini. It took me back to my visit of Italy when I was just a lass of 18 years. Sigh. How time flies. But this panini was made with lovely, fresh ingredients, contained a tasty pesto, and was reasonably priced at $ 6.95. I like the shop’s green methods of texting the receipt and utilizing simple paper wrappers. If I’m craving a panini, I will go here.

To say this is overpriced in Downtown LA is completely laughable! Have you never been to Subway?! These days a footlong, GMO friendly, veggie sub with avocado added is over $ 7… And we all know their ingredients are NOT fresh. Why would you EVER complain about paying $ 6 – 7 for a handmade, freshly grown, not corporate fast food bullshit sandwich!!! This is by far one of the most delicious and REASONABLYPRICED places to stop in and grab a quick bite from in DTLA. It’s a shame that we have to pay more for healthier food, but don’t get mad at them, get fucking mad at the government… get mad at the corporations that are lowering costs of GMO engineered meats and thus making the costs of fresh veggies rise. This place is amazing… All of the employees are ridiculously nice and they make your sandwich as fast and diligently as they can. The veggies are fresh and it is SONICE for vegetarians and vegans to have a space to go to where they know the knife that is cutting through their sandwich did not also just cut through a giant roast beef. Fucking disgusting. Don’t like that they don’t have meat options– then go to the 89201238 other sandwich shops that will gladly serve you meat. Don’t rain on our veggie heaven in sandwich form parade.

6 bucks for a small vegan/vegetarian sandwich. They’re good, but $ 4-$ 5 would probably be more reasonable. I mean, you’re already screwing us on the $ 9 juices next door so at least give us cheaper sandwiches.
