First of all, Tim and Ryan of The Precinct are incredibly helpful and accessible. They are filmmakers and business owners who are socially conscious, professional, and intelligent. I think that’s the most important aspect of a business and these guys deliver it. I had the pleasure of shooting portions of a music video there. Their studio is excellent. Parking is easy, the facilities are clean, and I mean, it’s always fun to shoot with an infinity wall! If you need a studio to shoot in, look no farther than The Precinct. I wish I was still in Los Angeles so I could work with these guys again!

Shot a music video here recently and couldn’t have been happier. The space is very comfortable, the owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Very accommodating. Their expertise and interest in the creative process is a huge incentive and it shows in their highly functional facility. Can’t really say enough good things about this place.
