This is a lovely building. I was lucky enough to live there for 3 years. It is upscale and relatively peaceful, with a nice fountain trickling in the courtyard and comfortable outdoor seats and couches both in the courtyard and on the roof deck. The views from the roof are great, with views of 5 fireworks displays on the 4th.
There is a small gym, a mail room with a complimentary fax machine, and tandem parking in the underground secured garage. Also video surveillance in many spots for security. Every unit has either a balcony or a plot of small individual patio space.
Cats and Small Dogs are welcome.
There is a building manager living on the premises.
