I went in skeptical that I’d want anything, but left with 2 wigs and a plan to save up for another one.
AMISHA helped me so much, and so did another girl (bright green eyes, didn’t get her name). They made me super comfortable trying things on. They gave me honest opinions. They helped me take pictures to decide. One of the pictures got me 90 likes on FB in about an hour!
I found good quality wigs around $ 50 and GREAT quality wigs from $ 200-​$ 350. Way better than Halloween store stuff without being much more expensive.
Easy parking. Easy to find. Easy to shop. Huge selection. Big range of prices.
Wig shopping might be my new favorite thing.

All things considered, you are likely to be happy here than any other place in town. Wigs are expensive and you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a good wig for everyday use or an ok wig for one fun night, The Wig Shop has a wide selection.
The price is reasonable and customer service is excellent.
I have purchased wigs from many different places for shows. But for my personal wigs, I go to The Wig Shop.

Major selection of cheap synthetic wigs, great location. But wigs are made in China, for «human hair» they are not 100% real. About 30−40% which left me really disappointed in knowing once I purchased a wig from this store. As a cancer patient I went in looking for remy human hair, with what I thought was a knowledgable girl… Only to be lied to just so she could make the sale. Very incompetent about knowledge in regards to the wigs, the inside of the «lace front», etc. Without real knowledge and trusting of the sales girl I wound up purchasing a wig that was too big, and incorrect for my ethnicity… As these wigs mainly cater to African American scalp/​hair. The girl DESTROYED MY WIG after saying she would «style it». She wound up leaving a two inch hole in the front and just packaged it right up without me being able to catch it. These girls need to be properly trained on how to deal with all walks of life, and cancer patients. The girl acted like I couldn’t afford a wig over 1k. Sad because I was looking to spend more but she completely put me off. Disappointed all around now that I’ve been robbed, I’m too far away and I can’t even return. Shame shame SHAME!!!

You can almost find whatever wig you are looking for in terms of colors and styles, not to mention the lashes and hair accesories. That place is neat and most importantly they take care of each customer like seating them and getting the wigs they pick, helping putting them on, waiting for you to decide. They offer a wide price range there so you can find wigs from $ 19 to $ 900 depending on the length and quality of the hair.

Had such a great experience here. The selection was awesome and staff was incredibly helpful. I’m now beyond obsessed with wigs!

Came in here in a rush just days before Halloween and the ladies working here were so helpful. Also love the look of this shop, makes me want to wear a new wig everyday!

Dianna is absolutely amazing! Went in to try some wigs after going to several shops in L.A. and was disappointed. We found this place is the best. Dianna helped us with wig options, the differences between machine-​tied and hand-​tied, lace front, etc. It was scary going into wigs with no knowledge, Dianna helped us feel at ease with trying wigs on and helping us make a decision. Honestly this has to be the best experience at a wig store that I have ever had. Natalie helped be find two wigs that I’m extremely happy with. I’m so excited to wear them and I really am appreciative that I had such great help. I recommend this place.

So… I bought my first wig and Amisha made my experience very easy and exciting. She was very helpful and PATIENT! I walked in and was greeted right away and made aware of all the promo deals. She helped me throughout my «wig quest» lol and I left with a lovely wig and a great experience.

A friend and I walked in here to browse, with a curiosity about fake hair, and a reluctancy to buy. However, I almost left with a purchase.
Natalie (if I’m not mistaken), a petite young woman with cat eye liner and pink lipstick, was kind enough to help my friend and I try on a couple of wigs. She was a good sport, helpful, and nice to talk to. Although we didn’t make a purchase next time, we will keep in mind this location for the future!

I just received the best customer service ever! JANET helped me find hair for clip ins that I will experiment with. I love the selections and professionalism!

I want to take a moment to let you know what an awesome experience this was to shop here. Yesterday I was running late stuck in traffic and had a party to host and I needed a «Rocker» wig for a «Heavy Metal» karaōke show last night. The Wig Shop stays open until 6:30 PM and I called them saying I would be arriving just before then. They warned me that they might not be able to serve me. I arrived at 6:29 PM and all of the employees except one were outside and said sorry they were closed. But ONE sweet woman employee opened the closed door — and let me in and me buy the wig I requested. THANK YOU for your excellent Customer Service going the extra mile (and minute) for me!

What an amazing experience. Came all the way from Sydney Australia. Michelle was amazing. Great service and a warm friendly smile. The hair is top quality. Definitely recommend this place.
