Qi Gong is one of three parts of Kelvin DeWolfe’s Three Circles Mind and Body System. In this system, Qi Gong breaks barriers, called gongs. This can be barriers of the mind, physical body, and spiritual barriers. Qi Gong combines breath, movement, and awareness with physical postures to exercise the entire body and mind. One can actually notice the effects from a Qi Gong class immediately. Strength, discipline, and balance are just a few results one can attain from Qi Gong.
