Rob @ Thrive Massage & Wellness is amazing! I have been wanting a massage for a while since I have increased my practice at my yoga studio. Rob was able to get me in right away and he worked wonders! It was just the right amount of intensity that I was looking for and I feel amazing still (3 days later).
Rob was so informative after the session and I can really tell that he has an interest in what will be necessary for me and my body.
I cant wait to continue getting regular massages with Rob. He has such a great personality and I felt completely comfortable with him. I cant wait till next time!

For the last 6 years I have been suffering from severe sciatica due to a desiccated disc sustained from a sports injury. Since the onset of symptoms, I have tried several different practices to help me get back to top form including very expensive physical therapy, chiropractor care, and extensive yoga training. I have had minimal success with these sessions. I was referred to Robert at Thrive through one of my co-​workers about 4 months ago and i have been receiving professional massage care from him on a weekly to bi-​weekly basis. It has been a real godsend. Robert utilizes several different massage and health techniques and the results have been tremendous improvements in my quality of life and pain reduction. Robert is professionally trained and combines everything from Swedish, acupressure, trigger point and deep tissue body mechanics. He really knows what he is doing and is really passionate about his line of work. The massage equipment he brings is really top notch and includes IR massage which creates another layer of healing and wellness. He is punctual and has not been late to one appointment, very professional and an all around super cool guy. I will be a customer for many more years.

Thrive is amazing! I wouldn’t have anyone else give me a massage in Los Angeles. What I like most is that they actually listen to what is hurting me, and are able to focus their treatment on what is specifically bothering me. They also give maternity massages, which is a god send for my wife at 30 weeks pregnant.
I couldn’t be any happier with the services I get from Thrive. From the heated table, to the specialized service and even the great conversations I end up having with my therapist… Thrive is truly one of my favorite services in LA.
