I would give this place negative stars but too bad I can’t. Never give business here! They’re stuff if old and expensive

I first tried this«head shop“and more for the first time last summer. My coworker referred me there for a Premium Electronic Cigarette and the guy was slightly helpful and in exchange for some health tips he gave me a small discount. Well today when I went back he was not as friendly, slightly creepy and not helpful at all. Before I end this short review let me explain the«creep factor». He literally pouched the skin on my hand and asked me if I had any body fat?! I rest my case… matter fact… I’m dropping them to two… cuz I can! ;-)

I smoke Mild 7s, which is impossible to get in the states nowadays. However, this place used to carry them. I went in once and asked if I could have a carton, and they said they didn’t have it at that location, but I can buy it now and pick it up a little bit later. Apparently they would give me a better deal for paying for it first. It took me over 2 weeks of going in, calling in, and dealing with all different employees before FINALLY I got sick of it and asked for a refund. After all, I was supposed to have been able to pick it up a few hours later. Then they said they didn’t have a whole carton, but they have 7 packs in some guy’s car and he can come right now. At the point, I was just sick of dealing with them so I told them that I’m done, and I just want my money back. Now comes the kicker. I didn’t get a receipt of itemized products, just a credit card receipt of the transaction, and the owner said the price did not match what I was paid. W T F? I don’t quite care what the prices are, but I want a refund of the money that your employee charged on my card for products I never received. I remember I had purchased 2 packs of cigarettes on top of the carton, but nothing else, yet apparently it didn’t account for all that I was charged. After going back and forth the owner finally settled on an amount he would refund. By that time I was sick of the store, I just wanted to get out, so I said, F it, fine, whatever. I’m NEVER going back there. There’s a new tobacco shop across the street with much less shady employees, so go there. Do not come here!

I went into Tobacco Cheaper at around 5:15 on February 9th. I had 2 coupons for $ 2 off a pack of Camel cigarettes. I am a Non-Smoker, but was picking them up for a friend. The gentleman working the counter answered his personal cell phone almost immediately after I walked in. As I proceeded to tell him I needed whatever the light Camel pack was(I have no idea if they are 100’s or lite, as I don’t smoke), he stayed on his phone having a conversation the entire time. Each pack was $ 4.42. The total he charged to my debit card was $ 8.45.($ 2 off each pack, at $ 4.42 should have cost me around $ 5.34 for both packs with tax.) I questioned this, which apparently then prompted him to get off his phone finally. He told me there was a charge to use the credit card machine. Now, don’t you think you should tell a paying customer that before you charge their card. I told him I would have just used cash instead but it was difficult to speak to him since he was on the phone the whole time. He then told me he could do whatever he wanted and I shouldn’t tell him when he can or can not answer the phone. I said, well, if you’d like to give good customer service, the paying customer should be a priority. He started to get agitated and said a few things, which prompted me to say, isn’t the customer always right? And he said, well, only stupid people believe that, so you must be stupid. At that point, I asked for the transaction to be voided. There was another man in the store standing behind me waiting to buy something, and he asked what I was trying to save. I said I had $ 4 off two packs of cigarettes but that at this point I was wasting my time with this man who thought I was stupid. But told him, I would try to find him on Unilocal, and here they are. As I was walking out the door, he called after me saying I wasn’t stupid and that he was sorry. Well, sorry doesn’t cut it. If you want to get your tobacco at an inexpensive place, apparently, this is the best in the area. But if you care how you are treated and how others are treated, I would suggest going elsewhere, where you won’t be called stupid for believing in common courtesy.

Very friendly people. The employees remember me by name(and I don’t go there as often as I should). The first few times I went there they gave me free lighters, always give me a good deal on cigarettes, and the last time I went I got a free pack and didn’t even buy anything else! So cool! The only complaint I would have is the parking. The lot always has available spots, but it’s very hard to pull out of there… And I’m thinking they probably find me attractive and that’s why they’re so nice, cuz my mom went in there once and they didn’t give her anything free!
