This is my favorite spot for studying. I was looking for a place where There is no parking restriction. This is perfect. It gets quite noisy sometimes Cuz there is food court right next to the coffee shop. It does not bother me. If there is no more available table in Tom n Tom then I even sit at the food court with bigger table :) you can also fine nice outside table. Coffee is ok. I’m not really fan of coffee so can’t tell if it’s really good quality or not.

I had what has to be one of the worst cups of coffee I’ve ever purchased from this joint today… Managed to be both watery and burnt tasting at the same time. This is worse than any gas station coffee. And I’m not one of those«single press, fair trade, country of origin» fancy pants types about coffee. I just like good, strong coffee. This is none of the above. Wretched. Cream is not available unless you ask for individual creamers. What? This is a coffee place, right? And the bathrooms(shared with the mini mall Tom N Toms is located inside of) are an absolute fright. No. No. No.

Very, very disappointed in their«iced lemon tea.» I paid $ 2.60 for the«medium» sized drink that tastes like powdered Nestea.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! I come here often and order an Iced coffee because i like the outdoor seating area, their ice coffee is always meh… Today I ordered an Italian soda and paid 2 dollars and some change, then i hear a can opening up. I look through the glass partition to see her pour a can of SPRITE into a cup and then pumping some raspberry syrup. I am no snob but that is NOT how you make an Italian soda. What i got was Raspberry Sprite. I was so appalled i became speechless and wide eyed as she handed me the drink… I will be going here again because of the parking and outdoor seating but I will be getting coffee from cake house next door or Galleria.

My friend took me to Tom N Toms for after-lunch coffee. I got the mocha coffee and it was a-OK. 3 stars! Tom N Toms is almost yummylicious!

After two years in K-town I tried this, «The Korean Starbucks’» and it doesn’t even live up to that name. There’s no reason to hit either chain with so much good coffee in LA, except when in a rush – which I was. Well, this coffee is swill. Closer to 7 – 11 than Starbucks.

S L O W!!! Feel dumb for wasting over 50 mins of my life and 10 dollars for a stale old pretzel and watered down coffee … I thought Starbucks was slow and pricey but this place takes the prize hands down!!! Did I mention it was SLLLLLLOOOIOIIWWWWW???

I came here early in the morning and had an excellent hot mocha. Service is great, prices a bit lower than Starbucks and the coffee is excellent. Like the vibe and interior, great to sit down and relax, read, get some work done or catch up with friends. Excellent chain, glad they are now all over LA!

I went there yesterday, saterday around 3pm. There was a ONE guy working there. This kid has no idea how to make a coffee. Usually there sould be 2 or 3 ppl working there. This is how you create chaos under staffed ander paid employees its not the combination serving good coffee. My grande iced caramel machiatto was a room temperature caramel machiatto. Service: this kid has no idea of what a dress code is. His shirt was not buttoned up at all. Taste/service iwoudl give negative star if there is one. Even 1 star is too good for them. :-(

Came here with my girlfriend on a trip to K-town to get some lunch nearby. I wanted to explore this place called the Galleria for a while, and its really just a super market. Kind of like H-mart back in Orange County. Tom n Toms is a small little Starbucks like coffee shop, it kind feels like one. Whats surprising is that there’s literally a Peet’s coffee next door to it. I tried two things on my visit here, the mint chocolate and the sweet potato latte. The only other experience I have had with a sweet potato latte was when coffee code in Buena Park still served them(was bomb). Here I order it, and it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t that great either. There was no chunks of sweet potato as I was expecting. I also got the mint chocolate but that wasn’t that great either. Tasted like nestle hot chocolate with mint in it. Maybe my expectations were too high since I had a lot of good coffee experiences, but this one definitely wasn’t that memorable.

I loooooovvvveeee they’re coffee… When I first started working in K-town I wasn’t sure about this coffee place. Headed to the coffee bean on the other side of the block but I’m not fond of coffee bean at all, yuck! I decided to head to Tom Tom’s instead and fell in love. I enjoy they’re coffee the service is friendly. They know what I like when I walk in. Good place. Free wi-fi and the deserts are good too.

Located in the Galleria, it’s a nice bit of culture to explore, especially for the non-Koreans among us. Coffee’s okay. It took them about 10 minutes to make an iced mocha though. What’s up with that?

I’m in love with any place which offers FREE parking(2 hrs) in a garage that is clean, easy to access, and has escalators so you hardly have to walk. The caramel macchiato was so pretty… they lace it with caramel sauce on the top unlike Starbucks… enjoy the free wifi here… right next to the food court /bakery /it’s all joined into one large area so you can have anything!!! And visit the grocery store before /after to buy MORE coffee and teas… and ramen of course. Open from 7am-12am Monday — Sunday! PERFECT. IT’S A LOVE.

This place isn’t as baddd. I really like the parking here, it’s never has hectic as I thought it would be since it is L.A. Parking is fair. only 2 hours(I wish it was more though. so I can stay here longer) :(I would stay longer but that’s risking the car being towed away. It is kind of bad that they don’t have the first three item that I wanted from this café. It was Monday morning around 11:30am. I asked for the«peach iced tea», «tomn dog», and any of the«squash» iced beverages… the girl told me she doesn’t have any of that! So. I ended up ordering the tall lychee flavored smoothie($ 3.50). It was okay. it is a bit sweet though… They have a deal where you buy a drink before 12pm then when you come back after 2pm, you get to buy a grande cold drink for $ 2. I got the lemon iced tea because the peach iced tea wasn’t available. The lemon iced tea actually taste like Lipton’s Lemon Iced Tea. However, it is pretty good and is a bit sweet.haha. It could just be me. Ps: They do not take any bill larger than $ 20! :)

Came here to meet up with a friend yesterday afternoon. Since there are so many Tom N Toms in the general vicinity, it was pretty hard to find this one. It’s pretty visible from the galleria entrance, and parking is free! It’s pretty much just a Korean Coffee Bean(seriously, same umbrellas, colors, and design). Pretty good variety of drinks and food. My friend ordered one of their frappucinos(I can’t remember the name they used instead!) and I got a peach iced tea. The drinks were ready very quickly, and service was decent(baristas were not incredibly, Trader Joe’s-level friendly, but not apathetic). There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside because it was a nice day. My only complaint is that they were BLASTING club music outside. It didn’t seem like that kind of place, it was around 4 in the afternoon, and it was just unecessary. We had to almost yell across the table to be heard. I could see this being a good place to study, for a first date(you know, when you don’t know the person and don’t want to commit to a whole dinner) or just to hang with friends, if the volume was a little more appropriate for the setting. But this place was aite.

Came here on a rainy day(one of the few we’ve had in the past week). This Tom N Toms is 1 of 4 in the same proximity around Wilshire and Vermont, and will probably rate as the poorest. This one is located in the Korean Galleria Market. There is a small nook in the front of the mall with a few seats and cushions for Tom N Tom patrons. The coffee is same old watered down-ish, but I guess the one positive thing about this place is that you can never run out of places to sit. There is an almost infinite number of seats in the adjacent dining area. I don’t think there’s power in that area, but WiFi certainly reaches. I didn’t receive any of the bad service that others have posted about, but then again, I was only 1 of 4 people that were sitting here at the time.

[2.5 to 3 stars] Once again, the fad bug has bitten some Korean’s mind… Whenever something big appears in Koreatown, a whole legion of wannabes follow and set up shop(boba, phở, yogurt, cafés…). Tom N Toms is making its presence known these days by popping up everywhere in Koreatown. It reminds me of when i used to live in the Valley and there was a Starbucks every few blocks apart on Ventura Blvd Last Saturday, i had to visit the Galleria Market(which was my first visit there as well) to do something grocery shopping and whilst waiting for my other friends to arrive, i decided to get some breakfast at T&T. The pretzels seemed appetising and had a nice variety of flavour/toppings. i decided to get a pretzel dog and a mango smoothie i’ve been to the first T&T location, but i never ordered anything beyond a drink. However, i was caught surprised at the time it took for me to get my order. ‘Twas a 15 minute wait methinks? It wasn’t busy either, so i was a little bit perplexed at the time. And the other thing that shocked me that morning was the price of the pretzel. Quite expensive for almost $ 5… Outside of the negatives, i did enjoy that pretzel. The sausage was large and had a nice spicy bite to it. i opted to get mustard and it combined well. The large parking lot is also a nice bonus

I know this place just opened but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to serve me a non fat grande café mocha and a coffee. The employees seemed lost and actually waited till the manager showed up to ring up my order. The drink wasn’t even all that good and was more whip cream then coffee. I wasn’t thrilled with their lack of baked goods(I ran across to Jack to get breakfast) I may give this place another try in a few weeks once the girls get the hang of running the coffee shop.
