I had no idea that in So Cal there are 32 of these stores, wow. As I was waiting for a table at tatsu for over an hour, I decided to stop in this store because it’s just a few stores down in the same plaza. This store is excellent! There are so many little trinket things(unbelievable!). This sure reminds me of my days in Japan when I lived there for my internship. It was so much fun(what a flashback…) Everything in the store is quite unique. Prices here are not cheap because most of the things in the store are few and far beyond. Nothing in here is made in massive volume, but they are cute. This is a very fun store to browse. I’m a sucker for this kind of stuff, but luckily, this time I resisted! I highly recommend this store. I’ll be back!

I must say this little shop located in Sawtelle Los Angeles is a cute spot to browse and shop for adorable Japanese trinkets. I was surprised to see such creative and fun gifts; there were a few items that caught my eye and reminded me I have birthdays coming up to shop for. I don’t recall seeing a whole lot of cosmetics and beauty supplies but they had no shortage on gadgets and good luck charms. I saw tea sets, place settings, key chains, relics, stickers, journals, Hello Kitty items, incense, perfume, phone covers, candles, Kimmidoll Collections, mugs, stuffed animals, games, toys, candy and the list goes on. I know I’m probably forgetting much, much more. The customer service was exceptional as well. I had a few questions about an item and the customer service rep actually took time in explaining everything I wanted to know. She was eager to please and helped me look for a variety a different items. Parking is a tight squeeze since it’s in the middle of a small business plaza and street parking is usually nonexistent, so good luck finding a spot. You may want to park across the street in the garage where Michael’s and Marshall’s is located and just walk over, it’s not too far. Near by are some great little restaurants and boba houses. Here you can find quite a bit of action and commotion, so be aware there will be traffic. Overall a fun little spot to shop.
