Called the mens store in the morning to see if they had a size 9 and the employee said yes, I will hold the size 9 for you.
Driving an hour away to this store, we finally get there and when my boyfriend tries on the shoe, he notices the shoe is a 9 ½.
The fucking salesmen on the phone mistakenly read the European size instead of the US size. What a fucking idiot. We are in America… read the right size. Such a inconvenience since we drove out here to get these shoes.
The salesmen didn’t even care, that we were pissed. Never stepping foot in this store. Reading everyones Unilocal reviews on this shitty place… I should have known not to come here. I agree with you all.

Have you guys ever been in this store? Tony Hale apparently got work after arrested development and is now a miserable retail queen that follows you around the store with his arms crossed. What a weird fucking experience. They have decent stuff, but I’d recommend just using farfetch to see their selection. I am legit creeped out right now. That poor kid. Yikes.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to shop in LA. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond and they carry some of my favorite brands that you woldn’t find at a mass retailer.

This is by far the worst retail experience I have ever had. I reluctantly returned a pair of $ 500 sneakers that were faulty, but brought them back because I couldn’t wear them and they told me it was totally ok even though I felt badly about it… The staff seemed nice as I browsed and shopped some more. But at the end of the return transaction I was told that I was no longer welcome in the store. I asked if I had done something wrong and they said no but that they don’t want my business anymore. I was too confused to get into it. But in retrospect I know there is someone higher up at this store that thinks they are too good for customer service. I shop a lot and am a great return customer. Neither myself or any of my friends will ever give any business to Traffic. I’m «not welcome» anyways. But I have plenty of friends who know the story and were happy to also withhold their business.

I could not be more unimpressed and disappointed with the service here. I traveled to LA from Chicago– just prior to my trip, I saw that Traffic had a beautiful ($ 900) leather jacket I was interested in. They held it for me, and I popped in to try it on. Unfortunately, it was a bit snug (an XS), so I tried several other jackets, explaining to the sales lady that I was just in from Chicago for a few days. I finally tried on the Medium of the same jacket (no S), and thought it fit pretty well! At this point, the sales lady told me to come back tomorrow to see Abby if I was not happy. Great! I buy the jacket. In trying it on where I was staying, I felt it was too loose. I went back to Traffic to return it,
only to find out that they don’t take returns! Why, then, had she told me to come back if I wasn’t happy?! She explains, «so you could shop and buy other things.» Unreal. She can’t get in touch with her manager to approve a return, so a more senior sales woman comes in and scolds me for «not reading what I’d signed» — meaning the receipt– and is completely rude and disrespectful. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They clearly misled me and missed an important opportunity to inform me of their policy. Why go here when then are so many other excellent places to shop where the sales people aren’t rude and manipulative.

TRAFFIC MEN ia amazing, this is where all the studio stylists shop for actors, rock stars and films. They are way ahead of the curve with fashion and always have something for everyone.
The brands are fabulous, they carry VICTORIOUS 22 which is a celeb favorite and they have a huge selection of jewelry as well.
Prices are commiserate with the quality of the items and the staff is amazing as well!

I LOVE THIS PLACE I LOVE THIS PLACE! Not just sportswear though, great dress clothes, suits, ties, coats etc. The collections are edited to perfection, rarely do I go into a menswear shop and want to buy half the store. I do most of my shopping in SF or NY where progressive collections are more abundant. except for Traffic. I love this store — serious chic, never trashy trendy.

THIS place ROCKS! I know that several people on Unilocal compare it to Politix @ Beverly Center, but it is sooooooo… UM… not!
I enjoy Politix for its «torn» everything: torn shirts, torn sweaters, torn jeans and fun shoes. Everything is Sparkle, Glitter, Flash…
However, Traffic contains the REAL top designers… Rick Owens, Alexander Wang, Gareth Pugh… etc etc etc…
for THOSE of US who actually KNOW the difference!
It’s a shopaholic dream boutique!
