I specialize in 30-minute workouts that will absolutely transform your body. We will choose the best exercises for your unique structure together, and maximize your time in the gym by being as efficient as possible. Whether you are completely out of shape or a seasoned competitor, I will help you reach your goals in the shortest time possible.
History
Established in 2008.
I began researching nutrition and strength and conditioning in 1997. While living in NYC in 2003, I trained my first clients – regular people who were short on time but wanted to lose fat and build muscle.
I opened first Results Fitness Austin and then Results Fitness L.A. in order to help people dramatically change their bodies in just 30-minute sessions.
My clients have included a few celebrities, professional athletes, soccer moms, and every body type in between. I am confident that I can help you achieve your goals, but if I can’t, I will direct you to someone that can.

I like to stay lean these days, but I have gone through many physical changes while training for powerlifting, surfing, bodybuilding, yoga, adventure racing, and more. And I have learned a lot in the process.
After many years of training over 100 clients, I know that everyone responds differently to diet and training. What works well for a young athlete may not be the optimal approach for you.
My goal is to help you change your body safely and effectively with sustainable nutrition, progressive resistance training, and measurable goals.
