I really think the building is in a great location. Management has been helpful. I really like the building manager. Since my first call, she’s always been very helpful and is always trying to help the residents. Literally it seems as if she’s always working. She really like her job and it makes the building environment feel like a community. I enjoy the various cultures all in the building. It’s an ideal place to live with great new amenities and upgrades! One of the best places to live in K-​Town, plus affordable!!!

Ok, people need to understand that there will be problems and things will happen at times just as if you owned a house. Property manager is not a superhero who can prevent all crimes and tend to your needs right now. However, Yumi, who is a property manager, does an awesome job of taking care of maintenance requests and addressing any concerns you have. Remember, there are many units in the apt and 1 manager. Please use your common sense. There was a HORRIBLE lady manager while back but I am so thankful she left and Yumi came in. I’ve been notified that new camera system and carpets are coming in soon! Satisfied tenant for over 2 years. Keep up the good work Tremont.

The management always tries their best to attend to my needs and I have been always thankful for that. If you are looking for a helpful management company near ktown, try talking to Yumi and she will most definitely help you out with your living situation.

Horrible building manager!!! It’s an understatement when I say I’m trying to avoid to have conversation with her. She is not willing to accommodate your wishes and will push her way into doing things. Your opinion is not asked here!

Be ware. I am moving out due to poor management and no security system. When we first sign on the lease they advertised that they have security camera on property but later i found out that we did not had it for past 3monthes. Also management is very hard to get hold of on the phone when the management only works 3days a week 10 to 4. Also the management provides worst service ever. When tlyou bump into the management and ask a question she would tell you i dont work right now.
