True Restoration

We had a leak in our kitchen and our plumber noticed the walls and ceiling were wet. He recommended True Restoration and they came out right away to take a look — even though it was not good news, Eduardo managed to make a terrible situation less stressful for us. He explained the entire process including how to handle the claim through our home insurance, and as soon as we signed a contract he had his team out the next morning. They were extremely tidy in their job (they take cleanliness to a whole other level); the sound of the machines was annoying, but within three days our walls and ceiling were all dried up. Eduardo even came on a Sunday to check that the walls were dried up and take away their equipment. The initial crew lined our floors from front door to kitchen with paper and tape to make sure they didn’t leave a mess as they worked; they put thick plastic sheets all over the kitchen so no dust got on any of our surfaces, and before they left they created zippers so we could access our kitchen and fridge. I was absolutely impressed with their level of care. They had to remove cabinets and did a great job to keep any damage to a minimum (a separate contractor has to be hired to piece everything back together). This team did an excellent job.

My plumber found a leak and called them on a Saturday morning to check it out to see if there is any mold. They arrived right away. They have checked everything and thank god told us there is no mold. No charge!!!
They were extremely nice, professional and honest. If you suspect any mold, please just call them to get a quote. Nothing to lose!

a neighbor of mine recommend me to this company so i called spoke with ed came same day took a look at everything he explained what hes gonna do they are licensed professionals ed told my family not to worry made us feel comfortable they came same day left same day. fast service everything that was damaged by water they hauled it away left my house clean. i would highly recommend true restoration very respectful and professional people thanks ed again

Eduardo Perez and his team were absolutely amazing. We had water damage 5 days before Christmas and we were concerned that the house would not be ready for Christmas day. However, he was able to dry out our drywall (mold free) by the 23^rd. It was hot and a bit noisy, but worth it. They were very clean and didn’t leave a mess in the house. They were kind and took my home and feelings into consideration. I appreciated the great job done during a stressful time. Forms of acceptable payments are cash, personal checks, or insurance companies, no personal credit cards.
