I entered this establishment with my diabetes alert dog. The staff was ignorant to the fact that there are other service dogs besides seeing eye dogs. They stared me down and made me feel bad for being handicapped and looked at me like I was crazy. I should haven’t to feel like this entering any establishment. I should be looked upon differently than another normal looking person.

Hmmmm love this place! This is currently my favorite yogurt place! Stopped here while shopping. The place was very clean. I like most of their flavors and toppings to choose from. I really like that they base price on cup not by weight of cup like other places. You get more for your buck!

I like Tutti Frutti but this location is stingy and RUDE. I asked the guy behind the counter for a sample and he said there were none at this location and then he came out from the back and followed me around the store to make sure i didn’t grab a sample with my finger or something?!? It was really weird as it made me feel really uncomfortable. I still bought some yogurt and it tasted fine, but not worth the feeling of being treated like a truant or like a thief. I asked for a restroom and there was none. Nearest one was upstairs in the building next door. No parking. Really inconvenient. Really rude customer service. No bathroom. No samples. I thought froyo places were supposed to be like the new«Chucky Cheese» putting a smile on peoples faces, there was nothing but a frown on my face as i left this sh*thole.

It’s a Tutti Frutti connected to some sort of bakery/deli/coffeeshop with bacon wrapped hot dogs cart in front. I’ve been to numerous Tutti Fruttis in my lifetime and the yogurt here is. different. I feel like it’s made of more water? than milk? I don’t know. I am no froyo expert but the consistency of this yogurt compared to the yogurt from another store is just different. This is more water based, and almost ice-y. Still tasted the same, for the most part. I’m just glad there’s a Fro-Yo place in the santee alley.

i tried the soy flavor yogurt for the first time today. it had an interesting first taste, but after 2 – 3 scoops, i really liked it!!! it really grows on you. for the first timers: don’t judge till you had at least 8 scoops. it quickly grows on you. Try it with mango fruit. ymmmm

I am not much of a tart yogurt person so I mainly get just a little yogurt and top it off with fruits. I come here because it is literally a block away from the place I work at and its convenient. I don’t expect much out of a yogurt place. Its kinda like once you’ve seen one yogurt place you’ve seen them all. Its all pretty self explanatory. I don’t think I would give any yogurt place 5 stars so don’t get me wrong here. Fruits are sometimes fresh, or at least they look fresh and there are days where they seem like leftover fruit from the day before but it all really depends on the time that you go. I don’t suggest coming when they first open because thats the most possible chance of getting leftover fruit or any item for that matter. I think the people there think i am strange to go there on a cold and sometimes rainy weather but oh wells. Business is business its either they take it or not

Since I discovered Tuffti Frutti near my house, Yogurt land is not in my vocabulary anymore. Not because I hate yogurt land, but because its too far from where I live. I was a little hesitant to try out new places, I hate change. I went in saw what I wanted, ordered it, tried it and loved it instantly. Tutti Frutti is now gaining popularity and popping up everywhere I am??! I love it. Its the same great yogurt flavors(with new added limited addition yogurt flavors ever changing so often) with the same fresh tasting toppings. LOVELOVELOVETHISPLACE. It should be a sin how often I frequent this place.

I hate going to Santee Alley. That guy I married was on a mission to find two particular items. I had a choice of sitting in the hot car with the windows rolled up(to avoid being bothered by some of the locals) or to tag along with him through that sea of humanity. Thank goodness I found an oasis in the midst of all the madness that is Santee Alley. «Hon, I’m going to hang out in here. Go ahead and do your thing!» It looks like this is a new location. Pretty nice & clean in there. The young ladies manning the store were very polite & pleasant. The air-conditioning was such a welcome relief. There’s also a coffee bar on the right side. I debated between an iced cappuccino or froyo for a bit. I went with the froyo because there were some flavors that I haven’t seen at other yogurt places. There were two sorbets which were dairy & fat free. I went with taro(just okay), guava(different but not something I’d try again) and orange sorbet(really good!). I didn’t think I got all that much but it came to $ 4.57 with tax. I didn’t take note beforehand of how much the cost per ounce was. There’s no tables w/chairs, just limited bench space along the wall. Most of which was taken up by people who weren’t even eating anything-just taking up space, much to my annoyance. So, I ended up waiting for my husband just outside the entrance. On a hot day, with sweaty crowds all around, that wasn’t too pleasant.
