I’ve had two separate instances where the tellers were casually asking me about the nature of my income at this location (using small talk) — even though they have the damn checks with my customer’s business name on it. Not cool.

Sorry to say but some of the personnel at this branch made mistakes that caused our new car purchase to be cancelled & bounced checks. I will avoid this branch.
